Regarding order 9025329

Regarding order 9025329.

Paid almost 200 dollars Upfront for three male bracelets. They were meant to be Christmas gifts. After making the order received an email saying shipping would be delayed. That was before Christmas. Then received another saying the same thing. Since then I have sent repeated emails asking for an update. No reply and no product. I’ve sent messages though messenger all to no avail. I have also asked for a full refund and that’s right you guessed it no reply. I will not purchase from this company again.

The worst customer service I have ever had.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. After receiving my order, I returned as I wasn't happy with it (it was a Le Permentier bag which looked huge compared to what I received). The online return form has been down for the past three weeks and when I emailed them they did not reply, so I called them (which took a long time to speak to someone). They managed to arrange a UPS collection on the wrong date which then had to be rescheduled. After tracking the parcel and seeing they had received it, I had no email confirmation (this is after two weeks of sending back a £200 bag) or note from them whatsoever. I emailed them FOUR times and called ELEVEN times with no answer until finally someone had the "kindness" of picking up the phone and without even saying sorry, told me they would confirm the return.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Can you please tell me which email address did you write to? Usually replies are within 24 hours from orders@forzieri.com and within 48 hours from heldpesk@forzieri.com (excluding weekends).

Kindly note our call center is open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Rome time.

I see your return has been processed and that the £170.85 has been issued on your credit card, you can find refund proof in the emails sent.

Absolute nightmare

Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Keep in mind that you have to pay up front, because it seems like they don’t care if you receive your orders or not. First, the parcel service apparently couldn’t find me at my address. On inquiry they said to contact the seller. So I contacted Forzieri, multiple times, and received no answer. When I threatened to contact paypal to give me a refund, I finally received an answer. This was almostvone month after I should have received the orders originally. I planned to go on vacation a few days later, so I told Forzieri to send the orders back because I wouldn’t be there to receive them and hence would want my money back. They didn’t listen and sent them to me anyway. I received them by chance because I wasn’t supposed to be at home when the packages arrived (and could not track them). Btw, for the delivery of both packages they scheduled different dates.
So after my vacation I had to contact them again because the website wouldn’t give me a return label. Again, no answer. Again, multiple threats from my side. When they finally answered they claimed not to be at fault that everything took so long because the parcel service messed it up, which is true, but they are not helpful either. They finally told me that the system providing return labels was under construction and that neither I nor them would be able to provide labels at this point. They asked me to wait a couple of days. So, two weeks later, still no label. I had to contact them yet again to finally get my return labels.
The whole process took over two months, during this time they kept hundreds of euros from me simply by refusing to take the orders back. Never again will I order there and I’d recommend everyone to do the same. It’s just not worth it!

Avoid at all costs

This company is to my experience very unprofessional.. Items marketed as in stock - it turned out was not in stock and were never shipped to me. I ended up waiting several months and then it takes a very long to get refunds. I didn't give up as price was good so tried to order a different item, and was then sent incorrect item and later told that the item is no longer available. An absolute joke. Customer service proved to me non-existent and a lottery as to weather they will pick-up. Many emails went unanswered.

We asked "customer", through three messages via Trustpilot, to let us know which was his/her order number or the email used to place the order, so that we could have double-checked what happened and if customer really placed an order with us, he/she never replied to us.

Happy customer

I ordered a Le Parmentier bag from forzieri.eu, and I am very happy with the purchase. My order arrived super fast, right at my door, well packed and it looks better than on the website! Will definitely shop again from them.

My first purchase

My first purchase. It was as Italian leather purse. I had been shopping Macy’s and Nordstrom’s ad nauseum and the Le Perimeter from Forzieri was top quality. Excellent craftsmanship and style. Received it less than a week from purchase. I could watch the tracking number as it traveled from Italy to delivery. I’m a happy camper. 😊

Great price and totally happy with my purchase!

Ordered a handbag from here. The item was in back order, and didn't get shipped for until 2 months. In between, I contacted the customer service and they were always helpful. Finally my bag arrived in November. The bag came well packed, with tags and as described.
Totally happy with my purchase. Definitely coming back here.

Unable to contact Forzieri

I placed an order and the website states it will ship within 24 hrs. I am trying to email and call the contact info on website and the email comes up with an error each time and no answer to telephone number...

Update...as soon as I posted this, I received an email from Forzieri that my item has shipped! Until I clicked the UPS link to track my order and the UPS site states that there is no package with the tracking number I was provided...
UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RUBBISH WEBSITE

Twice I have completed an order, only to have delays apon delays on stock availability and then eventually cancellation.

They clearly misrepresent the stock on their website, stating delivery dates which always get delayed, take money for items that aren’t in stock and never will be and then short change the consumer when they refund.

Twice I have had my money taken and then refunded with less than they took.

She should note that order was for 291,87€ and that she were refunded for 291,87€, as per proof provided to her and to Trustpilot.

If her bank applied a different exchange rate with her own currency, it definitively is not up to us, we remain, correctly, with a balance of zero.

Still, we asked her to let us know exactly how much did her bank make her loose in exchange rate, so that we could give her, if interested in, an equivalent amount in store credit as a gesture of goodwill, but she didn't get back to us.

My first time experience with Forzieri…

My first time experience with Forzieri is amazing! Bought a Furla bag and not only the price is great but also the speed of delivery is unbelievable. Ordered on a Monday and shipped on Wednesday from Italy and arrived on my door step Friday afternoon in CA. All in the same week!!! Definitely will buy again!
