I bought the Fossflakes Superior Co …
I bought the Fossflakes Superior Comfort-U Body Pillow Senior direct from the Fossflakes website. It's fantastic. Very comfortable, a great shape and is a great aid to sleep. Its a bit on the pricey side (as are the pillowcases) but if it lasts a couple of years before needing replaced I'll consider it money well spent.

Undelivered after 12 days and no news, no interest
Nothing to say about the product because I still haven't received it. When making the order (Dec. 10th) I asked it to be delivered before Dec. 22nd (12 days time). On the 11th day, no news, I ask the customer service and simply receive a reply pasting the info shown on the transport tracking web, and "will probably be out for delivery tomorrow". The transport agency don't get the phone, don't answer emails. Today is the 12th day and I'm still waiting. Tomorrow I'm not at home and will not be able to get it in case they show up. I would have liked to know from the beginning if they were not able to guarantee the delivery on time. Now looking for another Christmas present...

From December 1st we received an extraordinary amount of orders because an online video distributor chose to promote our Fossflakes Comfort-U pillow without our agreement. We received more orders in two weeks than we did in the rest of the year. We are in no way used to such an amount of international orders. It is no excuse, but it is an explanation of why your order has been delayed.

Good and quick service, wonderful products!!
Before I could even process my purchase it was already delivered to me! I bought the senior c formed pillow and my children are envious because I sleep so cosy and comfortable. I'don't recommend it to anyone who loves to sleep on the side or back.
