Recently used fosters funeral directors for my father, who had a prepayment already in place. Jess was very helpful and understood my needs & correspondence were good.

2nd time we have used Fosters and both times all staff we have dealt with have gone above and beyond to help and keep us well advised at all stages of funeral planning. Special thank you must go to Angela in the Stirling Branch

We cannot thank the team enough for their support during such a difficult time. Marie was exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding, and truly went above and beyond in every aspect. Her compassion made all the difference, nothing was too much trouble.

Jim, the funeral director, was dignified and reassuring, guiding us with calm professionalism throughout the day. His presence brought real comfort.

We would also like to thank Maurice King, our celebrant, who captured our mum perfectly with warmth and sincerity.

Everyone we dealt with was an asset to the company, the entire experience could not have gone any better. Thank you for helping us give our mum the send-off she deserved.

From start to finish Sarah gave us so much help and support and the man who was there on the day was also so supportive. The whole processs was very professional but had the personal touch they wanted to make sure everything was right for us.

Parlour service, and Celebrant in Norma Gray was just so good for us and can’t be faulted,

The attention to detail is first class and the whole team made the experience feel very personal. Caroline was not only very professional but caring and very helpful. Jim, our Funeral Director looked after us on the day making sure everything ran smoothly. Thoroughly recommend this company.

They helped at every stage of the planning and the day. Always available to answer any of our questions, even accommodating last minute changes.

This was my first time organising a funeral and as my family had used them before I had no hesitation in using Fosters for my dad’s funeral. I found the staff in the Burnside branch very helpful in guiding me through what was on offer to give my dad the best send off we could.

Thank you to everyone at Fosters for making a very difficult day into a celebration for the life of our dearly loved husband and father. Jess helped us with every aspect of the service and her compassionate , calm and respectful manner gave us all great comfort and reassurance. No question was too small and nothing was too much trouble. The service went very smoothly and was just as we wanted.

From the moment I walked through the door Lorna made me feel at ease, she helped me every step of the way and was very thoughtful with the way she helped. Can't fault anything with fosters.

Angela was fantastic. She was compassionate and patient when we were unsure of what we wanted pointing us in the right direction ( having never arranged a funeral before) cannot that her enough for her support throughout the full process.

Right from the start when they came to our his to take my hubby away after he passed at home they were so professional talking me through everything from start to finish so much empathy to all our needs. Carole was amazing at Kilmarnock I will be forever grateful for her knowledge her care and compassion. Also to the day of funeral I was always informed what was happening Jim and his colleagues were amazing well done to you all xx
