I’m gonna give them 5 stars because i believe in their work. I bought 2 t shirts and they are awesome. The only problem was the duration of the production and shipping, but I red that that they solved that problem.
Just one thing: maybe lower the prices if you want people keep buying your stuff, otherwise there’s the risk that people are gonna buy the same stuff ok knock off from China.

I bought online one camera and two objectives, from Spain. In spite that all is in german I found very cooperative staff that helped in all matters and received my Nikon stuff, all perfectly. Would be excellent if there would be also english Foto-Mundus page.

First time I used this company for a sale of second hand Nikon bodies and purchase of 2 Z8. Impressed by the reactivity, fair price on second hand material taken in payment, professionalism of the team in general and of the customer service in particular. Applied without discussion a Nikon company rebate that came up between moment of ordering and time of shipping and invoicing. Excess paid amount returned in less than a day on my account.
It might have been my first purchase there, but not the last one. Can only be recommended.

I ordered a (used) r5c on 30th of August. Other than the automatic reply nothing is happened. I called them Friday and they said they were working on it. Nothing until next Wednesday (one whole week?) and status is changed under my profile but nothing else.. I called them again and thanks to that i could get a tracking number by a manual email. Time is passed I've just realised my package was stuck on 8th of september. Dhl said i should wait 8 working days and then i could contact to the sender so I was waiting and contacted to Foto-Mundus around ~20th of Sept. They said they start to investigate by contacting to dhl.
Days and weeks passed and nothing happened, I wrote them and said I want a refund at this point but no answer and wrote them again.. now they said we had to wait dhl answer. No way that was 6 weeks after my order. Something is totally wrong here.. Investigating a lost package for ~3 weeks? I did what I've never ever imagined I should do: paypal refund.. and thanks to that I got my money back.
Just for comparison I ordered a drone yesterday from somewhere else and I got a tracking number by the company and by the dhl within 24hours!! That means in normal case dhl is sending mail and sms when they start a shipping process.
One more thing: this used r5c (197 expo) was availiable in the whole time after my order/shipping and it is still available in their site (but it was lost by dhl or not?)
My conclusion -> scam alert.. sitting on customer funds, maybe they had liquidity issues or smth..... Just too many unbelievable mistakes in my case...

I bought a Nikon 70-200 2.8e here secondhand and they send it to me in the original box with out the bag and no extra protection only the carton to fit the bag in.( it had 20 cm space on top and 15 on the sides and banged up the box on the inside with many dents) I called them to complain and they helped me in English and the guy was friendly. They send the bag to me that should have been in the box to protect my lens without any communication. The person that packed my lens clearly forgot to check it. because de box was very wel packed in a bigger box. The least they could do is admit that and say sorry for packing my 1500 euro lens this badly I’ve been taking some photos and luckily it’s a good build and the lens seems to be fine. I will give it some extensive testing the coming week. So 2 stars from me just because of the packaging and not sending me back. The price was good and delivery fast. A little bit of protection in the box and it would have probably been 5 stars.

I bought a Sony FE 70-300 mm lens but there was a problem with the autofocus (didn't focus properly to distant objects). I returned the lens and got refund for the lens but not for the return costs.
