Excellent service beginning to end - granny charger working as expected. Charger great quality as is cabling - extremely pleased. Will purchase again.
I would pay extra to have a timer that can switch off the charge as I have to go inside to turn charger off before disconnecting from car - not that that was offered on the website anyway.
My "Granny" charging cable arrived promptly with no fuss. To date, I have no issues with the product.
The delivery took a week, so a bit of a wait as I had no idea the product was being delivered from the Netherlands to the Uk
However the charger is very good.

NOT SHIPPED FROM UK. Before purchasing this item please bear in mind this item is not shipped from the UK, nor does the site itself state that they operate outside the UK. And because of this when the site states "Ordered on working days, shipped within 1 day" the impression they give is that this item will arrive within 1-2 business days, when in fact the item is shipped from the Netherlands and it took more like 4-5 working days. Once the item arrived I was also disappointed in the packaging. For an item that cost me £150 the cable was sitting loose in a cardboard box, no further packaging, no note or consignment slip. The item itself is fine and working, just the experience and impression of the company is disappointing.

I found it very easy to navigate the site, identify my vehicle from the cars listed, match that to the cable I needed and place an order. Additionally Voldt was one of only a few companies that supplied 20m cables which was what I needed. Although being shipped from abroad the cable was delivered well within the timeframe set out. Competitive in price, a quality cable and a very good experience. Thank you
Haven't had opportunity to use it yet as we haven't got set up at the site but it came in a lovely compact bag that slides nicely in the boot of the car and was delivered in good time. So no complaints so far.
The website claims that it ships their products within a day. On the fourth day I contacted them asking why my product had still not been shipped. I was told that the delivery trucks had been delayed. Fair enough and the status had changed almost immediately.
After a further three days the status was showing that it still had not arrived with UPS. After a further query about this, I discovered that my parcel had been lost.
They provided me with a 25% discount when I queried the delivery initially. After the second correspondence with the company and finding out my product had been lost, I asked for a full refund. I considered giving two stars as at least I got a refund, then I realised, I am getting my own money back.
So a week after the process, I am still without a cable which is an inconvenience.
Ordered an EV 3 pin charger which arrived promptly. The charger itself was excellent but unfortunately the cable was not quite long enough. Returns process was very simple, emailed, label sent and refund sent within a week. In the meantime I had ordered a replacement with a 10 metre cable but for some reason it was not dispatched. A quick email solved that problem, they responded in a day and the charger was delivered two days later. From my perspective a great product and excellent customer service.
VOLDT holds customers refunds hostage until bad reviews are removed!!
Delivery took 9 days! Pathetic the lengths we had to go to in order to get a faulty charger replaced! It took a bad TRUSTPILOT review to get a replacement sent out! VOLDT then reported my review, stating that we had not replied to their emails or watched the videos they’d sent. In fact we had as I had email proof telling them we had. However, I sent screenshots of all of these email conversations to TrustedShops who’d emailed me with VOLDTS fake complaint. VOLDT was not happy with their negative review thus offered a 20% refund in order to have it amended. The second charger failed within two days. In order to get a full refund, VOLDT insisted I delete my review. I think it is really low of a company to treat customers this way. So here I am, leaving this review here so that VOLDT is exposed for the tactics they use in order to lull other customers into a false sense of security with apparent ‘gleeming reviews!!
