I don't believe this company exists.
Two properties and I've sent over 8 emails with zero response over three weeks, but the advert is still there. I just receive more adverts ( this is automated to check my detailshave not changed, i was a computer programmer so i know how this works ).
The email address returns as "unknown ".
The phone number just rings once and disconnects.
I even attempted to contact the parent company and this too is "unknown ".
I have reported the company as a scam - collecting data to sell.
Now I will block , delete and write as many negative reviews of this non existent company as possible "everywhere " that I can.
DONT EVEN LOOK ITS FAKE !!
Glad I didn't give them my correct last name ( this is a good tip to avoid scams, if they phone ? They ask for Mr England, so I instantly know it's a scam)

My first contact with a seller via Fotocase was a scam. It was supposedly an apartment in Gran Canaria. The photos looked like they were from a catalog or Ikea, and they didn't even bother to provide a proper address, which was right next to a large roundabout with no houses. Luckily, I had checked Google Maps beforehand. The best part was that I had to pay the rent and deposit upfront via booking.com. Only then would the owner, who was supposedly abroad, come to Gran Canaria to sign the contract. These scammers deserve to be hanged!

I have emailed requests for 4/5 garages...3 days ago, not one response. Both to buy and to rent.
What terrible service... and no other way to get information.

Have been calling and calling these people. Obviously scammers.

LOTS OF SCAMMERS ON THIS SITE. DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY BEFORE VISITING AND VIEWING A PROPERTY AND ASK TO SEE THE CONTRACT AND GET OT CHECKED BY A LAWYER. FOTOCASA STILL KEEP THE ADS EVEN AFTER REPORTING ADS AS FRAUD!

Tried to post an advert for our apartment, four times, and it just keeps disappearing.
Very 1980's website

I’ve been cheated and scammed by a person who called her self the owner of the property. Every thing shows legal from different websites like Tripadvisor and the email. But all websites were fake. She took my money through WISE website with an Italian account and different name. And she disappeared the time she gets the money in her account. No more Tripadvisor page no more ad on fotocasa page and no WhatsApp contact. I have to travel very soon and I don’t got the apartment. need to rent another apartment in spain with high cost because of her.

I have been an hour trying to unsubscribe to this site that I never wanted to sign up to.
I pressed unsubscribe then spent another hour trying to do so
what a disgrace sites like these are

I was scammed by an agent using fotocasa to advertise properties for which he took deposits from multiple people and disappeared (Ricardo Gilabert Pont in Barcelona).
This rat is still advertising the same property on fotocasa. I report it at least once a week and fotocasa have done NOTHING

Completely useless organisation. I would not be at all surprised if their entire entity is fraudulent. No communication no response. What is the point of having their website and their services if you cannot contact the seller of a product that you want to buy after seeing it advertised. Complete waste of everyone’s time. They should be taken down off the Internet

Pathetic experience with you fotocasa, I called for many numbers and expected a callback as promised by your agencies.
Till now have not got any call back or any reply.
Do you really care or read the reviews given by end users, Get a life and try to improve your services. You are providing worst services.

Horrible. Solo hay inmobiliarias. App borrada, no pienso pagar a esa gente.

Your service is very bad, bad is an under statement for your service..
I have called for some of the houses on your page, but you keep telling me that you will call back.
Until now, no call. More than 5 different houses with months of calling.
Your service is nothing to write home about.

I Use this about 1 year but I can’t believe that i want a house for Rent but no body contact me for that i total waste my time
