Great experience
Great experience! We had bought a product while in Greece last summer for pain my husband had. It worked so well we wanted to order more. We ordered 8 bottles from Fotopharmacy on line and then I received an email confirming the purchase the next day. Then the same day received it had been shipped by DHL. We received constant emails and texts messages updating the where the package was from DHL. It arrived from Greece a week later. Fabulous communication and it was so easy to make this purchase with them! Highly recommend them!

Excellent mail order service to the US
Excellent mail order service to the US. I bought a product not available here: it was sent promptly via DHL at a very fair price, in fact overall (incl shipping) it was cheaper than buying the same product locally at a pharmacy in Europe so I ordered it from Foto Pharmacy and by the time we were back home it was waiting for us.

Fotopharmacy terrible experience
I have purchased an item from Fotopharmacy at discount and I had made the payment and they sent me the confirmation, but a day later they sent me an email that due to our mistake in pricing you should pay more for the item and they cancelled my order and still they haven't refunded my money and they don't answer any of my messages in their chat and email. Does anyone have any idea to help me? tq
