Hatte ein teures Objektiv (~ 3000€) für meine Canon Kamera gekauft. War als Demo Objektiv angeboten und ich war sehr positiv überrascht: Original Verpackung, keine Beschädigungen und auch keinerlei Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. Die Ware wurde sehr sorgfältig verpackt verschickt und auch der zeitliche Rahmen für den Versand war völlig o.k. Bin mit dem Angebot und der Abwicklung sehr zufrieden !

Im Onlineshop des Unternehmens Foto Siegl nahm ich im Dezember 2025 ein scheinbar attraktives Angebot einer Fernoptik war. Es wurde ein Bonus auf bestimmte Marken versprochen. Die Lieferung wurde dann jedoch wochenlang verschleppt, obwohl der Artikel sowohl im eigenen Onlineshop als auch auf einer Handels-Plattform weiterhin angeboten wurde. Von sich aus gab das Unternehmen keine Begründung ab. Nach mehrfacher, erfolgloser telefonischer Nachfrage blieb mir keine andere Wahl, als den Auftrag schließlich zu stornieren. Sehr ärgerliches Verhalten dieses „Anbieters“.
