Amazing experience. I didn't expect to hear back from them so quickly. All my questions answered with ease

Nothing but an amazing experience!

I had an issue accessing one of the benefit upgrades and sent an email requesting assistance. Amazingly, I received a response within the hour and with instructions and a link to successfully complete my request.
NOTE: This was on a Sunday evening and I really didn't expect a reply until the next day, at the very least. Not only did I receive a reply, it was a personal reply that directly provided an answer to my specific request!

In these days of lowered expectations regarding customer requests (at least for me), I am more than pleased with the response time and attention from the FoundersCard team . . . Bravo!

FoundersCard has been an excellent addition to my professional life. The range of perks—from travel and dining to business services and lifestyle benefits—adds real value, and I genuinely feel like I’m getting access to opportunities I wouldn’t normally have on my own. It’s especially useful for professionals who travel, network, or manage multiple aspects of work and life.

To make the experience even better, I would love to see more partners added in areas like wellness, technology, and everyday professional tools—things that members use consistently, not just occasionally. Expanding these types of benefits would make FoundersCard even more impactful and worth a full five stars.

I have been a member of Founders for several years and until recently never accessed the concierge feature to plan a trip. I called and was given a representative named Angelia. I was very happy to connect with her as she exceeded my expectations in every way. She was sweet, courteous, patient, and extremely helpful. Angelia found me the best flights, car rental, and hotel . She researched options again and again until we met our needs. When we had an issue with duplicate charges on our car rental, she took initiative to call Budget car rental and ensure we were only charged once. We can’t thank Angelia for all she did. Founders should clone her. Needless to say i won't hesitate to use the Concierge benefit in the future. My experience was better than any Travel agent I used in the past. Thanks again.

Great support by Member Services specialist. Friendly and detail in explaining the features and supported me to understand and resolved my queries.

I signed up a trial membership. So far I'm a month into it, explored the whole website and all the links. Their "community" is just a Circle Platform with under 200 members. No one even close to my area and I live in the largest city in my country. The whole feel of this experience is impersonal. The savings they offer, I can and have done better with my Amex Platinum CC. I was hoping this platform would connect me with other business owners that I could engage with for support on business and personal struggles that comes with entrepreneurship. Anyone reading this and is looking for business discounts, stick to rewards cards already out there. Anyone reading this looking to connect with other business owners etc, this is not a great platform. If you feel you still want to give this a go, I highly recommend that you use a virtual CC that you can control. Added note, their AI customer support is awful.

I’ve been a member of any number of “special access” or “special privilege” access aggregation programs. None have come close to the quality of Founders Card. Not to mention that others have not had the staying power and continuing value of this program. The access to exclusive opportunities, high quality hotels, and loyalty programs at higher tiers as a starting point are excellent. Customer service is outstanding. I recommend Founders Card to executives seeking access and opportunities for both business and personal needs.

I have been a member of Founders Card since 2024. I find it extremely beneficial both for my business needs and personal needs. The membership boosts I receive at many companies such as airlines, rental car agencies, hotels, etc make my travel more enjoyable while all the discounts make them economical too.

I highly recommend Founders Card to any entrepreneur without reservations.
