Overall I believe Fountainhead provides great service. Here are the things that impressed me:

1. Initial consultation really helped me feel confident I made a wise choice doing business with Fountainhead
2. Moved quickly to get the project off the ground
3. Are very familiar with Amazon's infrastructure and how to utilize it's features and functionalities

Here are the two things I believe if added to their business practice, would warrant a 5 star review:

1. Notify customer in advance if services will exceed initial quote
2. Graphics/imagery vetted internally for quality prior to submitting to customer for review

The company has been game changing for us. Our dedicated member is Matt Cowan and he has gone above and beyond multiple times to make sure our business moves forward. All challenges we have come across have been handled immediately by Matt. Would definitely recommend anyone who is considering FountainHead to go ahead and give them a shot. We went through multiple companies before we found them.

They just want money and will string you along as long as you keep paying.

He immediately laid out a solid plan customized to my needs. Hooked me up with Matt my account manager and everything came together seamlessly. This company is a great company, I've had no issues whatsoever. Matt Cowan is extremely good at what he does, he has been very quick, efficient, and always has an answer for any questions I've had, I couldn't have done it without you guys thankyou!

My experience with Fountainhead has been nothing short of exceptional thus far. John has made the process uncomplicated, which has even given me the confidence to handle some minor account adjustments in the future. One of our products was falsely identified by Amazon as a pesticide (and a second one) and therefore removed by AMAZON from our FBA account.
Fountainhead worked with us to get the products reinstated. It took eight months (you're dealing with software robots).
The products are now reinstated. Fountainhead's Scott Plaszynski and Chris Cowan made it all work.

After a bit of a rough start, FME gave us a new growth manager (John) who has completely turned around our experience with FME and Amazon.

He is very responsive and really knows how to fix all those annoying Amazon issues that arise. He cleaned up our messy and complex, multi-marketplace setup and made valuable suggestions for where things needed improvement. Most importantly, he delivers the results.

Additionally, he is very patient with us and takes the time to make sure we know what's going every step of the way, which is also especially important to us.

He has set our Amazon account and business processes on a much better trajectory, and we can't wait to see how much further we can grow.

I have been extremely pleased with the service and expertise of the professionals at Fountainhead. They have an excellent understanding of the "working with Amazon" process and are helping us to grow the sales of our products.
