Poor quality.
Ordered a $17,000 fountain. Mistakes in manufacturing cost me hundreds more to repair. Now parts are failing after less than 2 years and they won’t help. They use poor vendors and don’t stand behind their products. Be very careful ordering from them.

I was hesitant to purchase an Artistic Fountain online, but Fountains.com made the process easy and stress-free. The fountain arrived in perfect condition and looks even better in person than it did online. The craftsmanship is impressive and it's clear that a lot of attention to detail went into its design. I spent a little over 30k on two…
I spent a little over 30k on two reflection pool fountains that have never worked correctly yet. Have been though serval lighting issues trying to get the two to sync and work together and now the pump is out on one of them that's only a few months old. They sell for top dollar but use cheap parts

Absolutely beautiful fountain and experience
This was an absolutely wonderful experience, all around. The fountain is beautiful, and Bob makes sure you’re prepared for delivery with specific inspection instructions. Bob went above and beyond to help resolve any issues along the way. Great business and beautiful fountains!!!!
