All contacts from 3/25/25 t0 4/8/25 with Four Leaf on our HELOC application were extremely professional - very friendly and courteous , willing to go out of the way to assist in clarifying issues and assisting in helping us to get through the approval process, very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable about the product !!!! One of the best experiences every in completing and securing a financial product of any type. Anthony, Lorraine and Ariadna are true professionals which we feel are truly outstanding Four Leaf employees.Highly recommend !!!!

Amy was very professional amd informative. She took the time to explain our options and gave us the needed information to make the corect choices. She has a very nice manner and was a pleasure to work with.

Alicia was very helpful when I was sending my wire. She was kind and professional. I left the branch feeling very satisfied and all my needs were met. I will definitely be back to the Roosevelt branch not just for her help but the entire branch! Amazing work everyone!

Read your contract carefully. I was told I needed to keep a loan balance of $25,000 for the first year or pay the origination fee. What they did not tell me was there is a prepayment penalty if the loan is paid off before three years from origination. I was not informed of that fact before closing. Now I am selling my home after one year into the loan, and the prepayment penalty is $2,083. They buried that clause on page 28 of an 80-page agreement for the loan. Beware, borrowers!

After making an appointment, we opened a new CD and savings account with Juliana today. She was knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Great experience!

I went to the Roosevelt location twice yesterday.

Alicia helped me open up a new bank account and she was more than helpful. She had answers for all my questions and she was very enjoyable to be around .

When I got home, I realized I needed a certified check. They were closing in 9 minutes and the bank is a 3 minute drive from my house. I got there 4 minutes before closing and the young lady up front (I didn’t get a chance to see her name) was also very helpful and charismatic.

Both of them made my overall experience amazing, 5 stars.

I find the bethpage credit union in Mineola is the best bank around all transactions are done quickly.

The representative was friendly polite and knowledgeable.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was very helpful. Couldn’t have been happier.

The process of opening and renewing CDs was quick and easy. Tim at the Seaford, NY branch was very helpful and explained each step very well.

In approximately 60-years of having BFCU as my one and only banking institution, I have had only one negative experience, that being with an inattentive financial advisor. It was a trial balloon which was treated as such. In every other transaction, including this last one, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Hopefully the new branding will not change a single thing.

Bethpage FCU continues to hire excellent staff. Always a smile, efficient and courteous. Wait times are typically not bad with 2 or more tellers at the ready including during the busy lunch hour. This branch is well managed, neat and tidy.

Stopped in to conduct in-person transaction. Newly refurbished space is welcoming. The Teller completed my transaction smoothly and efficiently. Overall, positive encounter experience.

Very short wait for a Teller, always a good experience, alot of Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday greetings back & Forth. Had to deposit a check, Quick, efficient, In & Out. Great work, I Moved alot of my Banking to BFUU from Citi b/c every day Citi it trying to sell me something while I'm concentrating on BANKING.

I enjoy going to the Lynbrook branch. It's always a pleasant experience with a professional staff.

My Customer Service contact, Virginia was veryy pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She provided me with an excellent customer experience.

I love going into the Levittown Branch! The staff is always so warm, inviting, and friendly! I usually go to the teller line. They always handle my transaction both accurately and quick. I am always greeted with a smile, and thanked at the end of my transaction telling me to have a great weekend! It's a pleasure to do business there.
