Had a problem ordering on line, called Four Seasons. Staff member I spoke was really helpful, sorted the problem. My order arrived much quicker than I had anticipated, very good quality. I have kept the company details so I can not only use them again, but also recommend then to friends and family.

Not happy at all
Not happy at all, either they have a faulty measure or I do, but when I measure the ribbon it's 8mm and I ordered 6mm, I've had to reorder and spend my money again because the ribbon is too big for use. Their tolerances mean nothing to me when I wanted under 6mm in the first place, and now conveniently they find a 5mm ribbon. Personally I'd sooner not have what I have at the moment which is too big for purpose and if they decide not to do the 5mm because of this review well then fair enough, I'll have my money back and find an alternative.

We always strive to work with our customers to ensure they are happy with their order and the service they receive from us. However, necessity dictates that this is always a two way street as far as communication is concerned. There are certain constraints such as tolerances, which we always advise of and are dictated to us by our suppliers. (These are clearly stated in our terms and conditions, as we have no control over them)
This is consistent with industry-wide practice. To reassure you, we provided a photograph sample by a measure of the 7mm ribbon that you received. Understanding that this may have been an oversight on your part, we were able to source some narrower ribbon to exactly fulfil your requirements.
We are sorry that the experience has not been as you had hoped but please rest assured that we ALWAYS endeavour to give the best possible service to our customers even on the most challenging of briefs. The spirit of co-operation is always key to a successful outcome.
