Awesome Experience

I have joined fourthwall to build my shop well over a year ago now, and i have been loving the experience so far, from making my products, designing my shop, to even their team (which mind you are very lovely and amazing to work with when issues come up, they take care of it really fast), they have been very helpful, kind and caring about their creators (which btw alll business should do the same), loved FW and will always LOVE the brand!!

Fourthwall is PERFECT for small…

Fourthwall is PERFECT for small creators! It's so easy to use. Just upload your design and they do the rest. No holding stock. No money upfront. The quality is FAB! The customer service is AMAZING! When there are mistakes (which happen everywhere!) they sort them out immediately!! I can just concentrate on design and marketing. I've been with them for over a year now and I'm incredibly pleased with the experience I've had. Couldn't be happier! Definitely give it a try. 💜

My Experience

There're lots of products available and they're a lot of fun, but unfortunately it's not what my audiences are looking for. But the support team are consistent with responses when you need help so that's something I honestly appreciate immensely. I will be back in the future when I secure a better audience volume, I felt like this time was my bad that I rushed into merchandise too early and got discouraged on my own. I wanted to sincerely thank fourthwall for encouraging me even if I disappointed myself. If you're a creator with a much stable audience volume, I think it's worth a shot! The team's great!

Excellent overall - Inside Irish Music Shop

I ran into an issue by accidentally linking two Google Merchant accounts with my shop. There was no way of reversing it myself. It took about a week to fix but the team was transparent, understanding, and things are back to normal now. So on the customer service side of things. 5 stars. The app / platform itself is amazing, so easy to design products, so easy to customise your site. As for the quality of the products, my viewers really like the quality and the TAT is good. The only thing I'd say is the shipping cost is a bit expensive depending on where you are. But that can be offset by a number of things. Highly recommend!

Good products, great service.

Easy set up of the site was just one of the good things about Fourthwall. Customer service was also fast and top notch. A complex issue solved in less than a day. I'm looking forward to future transactions with this company.

Avoid like the plague

FW is the worst! Their systems can't figure out how to let you manually add shipping information so they require you to download the CSV file and edit it or pay for their services to do it for you if you're unable to (which we are unable) and they will nag you about the unshipped order all the time even though there is nothing that can be done about it on our end. Then when you want to refund someone because your item is out of stock, they want to charge you between $2-5 to refund money that is still sitting untouched because it takes a WHOLE MONTH to received ANY money but they expect you to send it out and when you do and the customer states they never received the items, you're not only out the fees and cost of loss but you get charged extra from FW for having to cancel the order. So getting robbed by a platform that's incredibly hard to reach customer service because it's all done in emails and they start asking you to use the master email on the account but when you correspond using that email it states it's not in their system and you have to use your Gmail account but they keep telling you to use the other email that doesn't work. So I can not only keep a steady conversation with the customer support because for some reason they don't have a ticketing system in 2025.

1) They force you to send out products without getting paid.
2) Their system is limited on functionality so that you have to pick up the slack or pay for their faults.
3) Payouts take one month to process but they expect you to send it out immediately.
4) They don't disclose any hidden fees prior to signing up. No mention of cost to refund.
5) The customer service will attempt to make you feel guilty because you want things to work like other platforms such as Etsy, eBay, Spreadshirt or Cafepress.
6) Their systems are always saying items are out of stock one minute and then in stock the next but you get all the emails until you have to block them because the option for the notification can't be turned off.
7) Zero ticketing system for customer support & they get to choose when to stop replying and you have to start the process all over again which is 3 emails alerting you to the new ticket but them wanting you to jump through hoops to talk to someone.
8) They don't care about you.

A few points I want to address directly:

1) Marking orders as shipped: You can mark orders complete without a tracking number by entering “Letter” as the carrier and “Untracked” as the tracking code. That said, we know this process can feel clunky, and your feedback is valid. We’re actively working on making it simpler.

2) Support experience: I’m sorry that reaching us felt confusing. We do require that you email from the “super admin” account for PII data for account security, but we should have explained that more clearly and helped you navigate it without the back-and-forth.

We take your feedback seriously. Our goal is to help creators succeed without unnecessary friction, and this experience fell short of that.

Honestly the best.

The people behind fourthwall are all amazing. Any issues or questions I've had are always answered and/or fixed in a timely manner. Everyone ive spoken with have been super nice.

The site itself is user-friendly and they keep adding new features. Again, they're amazing. Couldn't recommend another company nearly as much.

Quick Resolution to Payout Issue

I had an issue with my payout I was unaware of. Once I identified it, I was able to use the AI chat which gave me the ability to reach out to the correct area and within 12 hours of submitting my inquiry my issue was resolved. This was my first interaction with Fourthwall customer care and I am quite satisfied.

Lost +$3,333 — Donations Still Not Refunded

I was a seller on Fourthwall and my shop was shut down without warning. They refunded all orders automatically (even though products were delivered), which caused me a direct loss of over $3,333.

Even worse, they claimed that “all transactions, including donations” were refunded. This is not true — none of the donors have received their money back, even after more than a month. Donations were clearly intended for me and are non-refundable by nature, yet the funds have been taken without any proof of refund.

I have emailed their legal and support teams multiple times, but it has now been over a month with no reply. At this point, I am asking that they either refund the donations to the donors or release them back to me. These funds were never meant to be kept by the company.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Until Fourthwall provides a transparent and logical answer, I consider this a serious breach of trust.

All buyers were refunded in full. All "donations" were refunded in full. 100% of all payments for this account have been refunded in full.

Fourthwall does not and will never tolerate fraudsters and scammers like this account. Legitimate users will have zero issues whatsover on Fourthwall.

The customer support is amazing

The customer support is amazing! I've had Ivana, Daniel, and Elias help me. It only took 5 minutes for me to get a response to my initial email and less than a day to get the issue fixed!

Your first pick for a merch partner

The Plan it to Migrate all Sales to Forthwall

Forthwall is clearly still growing and developing, but fully deserves a 5 star rating. What the offer is fantastic and truly supports creators and provides us with an alternative to platforms such as Etsy that have lost there way. My intention is to overtime migrate all my sales over to this platform.
That isn't to say the platform is perfect, there is still plenty of scope of improvements. But, I am optimistic that these improvements are already in the pipeline.

Great products, great customer service A+

The services they offer are really extensive and cover all the bases for a content creator and streamer with a lot of very useful integrations. The customer service is very good. They respond within a day and I've had several questions taken to the dev team to get more in-depth responses. In my experience so far, this is really a great company to work with. They seem to earnestly be trying to support creators and offer a great product. They also take a more reasonable cut than pretty much any other like service. Highly recommend.
