The website is easy to customize, there are a variety of products to choose from, customer service responds sensitively and with understanding. A plus feature is an easy-to-use, although lengthy, interactive dns checklist for linking a 3rd party domain name to the website.

Delayed support, but came through

I started with Fourthwall after a series of bad experiences with other print on demand service sites. I got a little spooked when I discovered that I cannot display products I sell, such as canvas prints of artwork in portrait (vertical) orientation. Apparently there is no option for site owners to display canvas this way...yet.

Initial emails with the support staff promised a fix, which to be honest, wasn't addressed immediately. It actually took 14 days of follow up emails (10 in whole), before a gent by the name of Eli was able to follow up and get back to me with any return correspondence that it has been remedied. But it was fixed, and it's sounds as though this is a feature they are working to add to the site for site owners.

I might have given them 5 stars had there not been a two week lapse in communication to have my product displayed upright, and may yet still if they can add this vital feature for sellers, but all in all it worked out.

The Best All-in-One CRM for Creators

I've been using Fourthwall for right around one year and everything works great for me and my content.
The support is the fastest ever, there is few times I've had a delayed payout, I reached out to customer support and they were able to get my payout sent almost immediately!

AVOID THIS PLATFORM – THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I created a shop and received some initial orders. They processed my first payout, likely because it was a small amount. But the following month, when I received more orders, they suddenly suspended my account and kept all my money. ---forthwall replied replied saying that seller was scamming and confusing buyers, and they had given option to ship the product etc is blunt lie. There was no confusion between seller and buyers. we received the orders and we shipped it we have all the proofs like package photos stating customer names and tracking numbers and this tracking details can be verified from courier websites. Also we have email proofs that proves that forthwall never tried to help us as sellers they just suspended account taking all my money and now they are lying and trying to make there image positive acting like they are the innocent ones.

Yes - scammers, fraudsters, and abusers of the platform should avoid this platform.

If you're a legitimate user, you'll have zero issues.

In this seller's case, they:
- Admitted to intentionally misclassifying physical skincare products as digital products to intentionally confuse buyers. No physical goods was ever shipped. This is a common scam.
- When our risk & compliance team gave them a path to resolve this (i.e. changing to physical goods + shipping them), they decided not to comply.

All "buyers" were informed of this scam and were fully refunded.

Fourthwall has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fraud and abuse. Fraudsters like this one will be shut down. Fraud is rare on Fourthwall for this reason, and legit users will have zero issues

Satisfied with them

Satisfied with them. A year has passed and my platform runs smoothly. It covers all my needs as a creator, actually a music creator. I am now able to release digital products like sound packs, music tutorials and masterclasses. FW is a all in one crm to run everything under one website.

Embroidered patch

I made and purchased a sample of an embroidered patch and it turned out great. The colors are vibrant, the image and font are clear to see and read. I like there is a backing on the patch so no stray threads are hanging out. I feel confident to make more and sell them on my shop site.

Top notch support, love the products

I love the product options and the designers. I've had a couple things end up needing some slight modifications for print and the teams have handled them flawlessly for me.

In terms of my YouTube integration, got everything set up really easily initially but then something went bonkers with the YouTube integration. Eli went above and beyond to help me get everything set back up.

YouTube Integration Issues

Update: The YouTube integration process is finally complete. The support team at Fourthwall was extremely helpful and worked diligently to resolve the issue!

I created an account on the site in order to feature products on YouTube. Designing the items and the store was the easy part. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts I’m unable to connect my store to YouTube. I have contacted customer support and so far they haven’t been able to provide a solution. The YouTube connection process is buggy and unintuitive. It’s presented as a simple process but it’s not. I hope I wasn’t mislead and that YouTube integration actually works. So far, I’m not so sure.

Unfortunately, there's a bug with Google/YouTube's system, where they wrongly disable all products on a creator's storefront due to them "misrepresenting" a public figure (themselves, the creator in this case). They haven't committed to a fix timeline, but we can manually escalated with their team to resolve.

sucks , 47 days and still no item wtf !

they refunded the extra I paid for Canadian shipping (email support had refused, i believe this review is why they did it, email support also said even though they have a delivery guaranteeafter 30 days they don't usually but will make an exception, this is the biggest scam if that's true) if i get a chance I'll screen shot the emails and post an imgur link with the entire conversation. I had it redelivered to a US address to make sure it arrived as it was a gift for my birthday from a community I'm in. so to usa they deliver fine. I won't get to pick it up for a while still but won't be at my canadian residence for some time now so had no choice. based on this I can not recommend this service to Canadians as they use a very cheap dhl service method that is not the normal dhl method. when people pay extra just ship it usps international and avoid the issue. my stance remains.

Timely Responses; Very Kind People

For a while, I wasn't able to receive my payout despite being above the threshold by just a few dollars. I don't know why I waited this long, but I finally reached out to Fourthwall Support for help. Immediately, I received follow-up emails not even 20 minutes later, and was reassured that my payout would be taken care of. The issue was thoroughly explained to me as to why my payout wasn't processing, and overall they were very timely with their responses.

Fourthwall and their customer service is THE BEST!

I’ve been blown away in the best way possible with Fourthwall! I’ve had experiences with many other P.O.D platforms and Fourthwall is hands down the best one there is. Their customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently had a question that I needed answered and I was promptly contacted by a customer service representative the very same day. Ultimately I needed to talk to a specific department where the extremely helpful, professional and courteous representative, Eli, went above and beyond to get me the answer I needed to resolve my question. He even provided me with a link to a video where he patiently went step by step to guide me through what I needed assistance with, which really helped to clear things up for me and gave me peace of mind so that I knew how to proceed. I highly recommend Fourthwall!
