I ordered a mouse from this e-shop and initially received only a confirmation that my order was accepted. After that, I received no further updates—no delivery information, no tracking number, and no estimated arrival date. Weeks later, customer service contacted me, saying the order had been returned to them, and asked what went wrong. I explained that I had received no delivery information and requested a refund.

For the past two and a half months I have been trying to get my refund, but to no avail. Despite their promises and even providing my IBAN and SWIFT details, I still haven't received my money back.

I strongly advise against ordering from this e-shop.

Update 08.08: Finally, after a big amount of escalation, refund was processed. It took around 2,5 months.

Really disappointed with my Fourze Celestial (€400) motorized desk (D1600-E). The quality control is non-existing..

Table top pre cut holes were completely and utterly wrong!

The length of the two board were not identical (1cm off) meaning that they do not line up correcting and are a killer for my OCD.

Instructions lacking clear guidance..

Luckily enough I had the tools to get the table attached to the table legs by pre drilling 12 tiny holes to align correctly along with measuring each section to ensure it was square. I could live with this extra effort.

But then when I went to put the full table mouse pad on. The cutout for the wires is atleast 10cm off, and the total length of the mouse pad is about 4cm too short!! Leaving me with a terrible looking mousepad

I really wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this table and to look else where.

I will revert back if customer care do anything.

The delivery was extremely fast. Bought a FOURZE SELECT Gaming Chair. It's very comfortable and easy to assemble, however, it might be a bit big for someone with less than 1,70 cm.
