I have been using the Fox Cloud 2 monitoring system for my 8 solar panel and 10 kw battery system for the last 6 months. It has proved very reliable and gives a very detailed breakdown of my grid, solar and battery production and usage. This includes a daily, monthly and yearly barchart of electricity produced and used. Unfortunately Tomato energy my electricity supplier uses the totally useless My Watts system so I unfortunately get bills 4 times too high.

Recently had Fox inverter fitted ,tried to register for Fox cloud two app but after being sent activation code just comes up with activation code error,gave up after 6 goes ,useless

I wish I'd read the reviews in advance.
Dreadful app, inaccurate, frustrating and poorly written.
Can never rely on it.
The equipment is average.
Looking to install alternative inverter and battery.

Just completed a Solar panel + battery installation and have signed up to the app. It has got to be the most unreliable and frustrating app I have ever seen. Completely useless. Rarely works, constantly difficult to access and not working (when nit does work) in real time.

I have emailed Fox cloud twice now with initially a reference number, I heard nothing back & sent another email ( no response ) I cannot get access to my site via the app so have no idea what is going on & whether the data is being transmitted to enable me to see what I am giving the grid with regards to payment for doing this. I would appreciate a response from Fox Cloud for clarification. Non availability to my site has been going on for the last month at least.

SOO MUCH BAD VPS SERVICE.THIS SITE CONNECTED VPS TO USE VPN.AND ALSO SOME OF WEBSITE WAS BLOCKED..THOSE SITE CAN''T APPROVED FOXCLOUD VPS..I LOSS MY 17$, BUY VPS FROM HEAR.
