Best Shopify app I have used and best customer service I have ever had in my life

Great service. They have everything built for merchants and as well they provide an excelent customer sevice. For us starting working with them was the best decision.

I am trialling a theme from this company, and had an issue with getting the mega menu to work. Support answered my query quickly and helped me get my mega menu up and running. Thank you for your great support, Linh. I will be strongly considering installing this template.

I bought the Minimog theme for my Shopify store Sypialnia237 and I absolutely love it! I needed some help setting it up, and the support team was truly amazing. They responded promptly, were very helpful, and made everything smooth. Perfect experience overall!

I love this page designer app and tech support is fantastic! When I need help with something, there's always someone there and we get it sorted quickly. I've used several home page design apps in the past for my Shopify and Big Commerce stores and this one is by far the best!

Support is super crazy fast and helps you with all kind of things. Also if something is not working how it should (which was 1 special element) their development team looks into it and fixes it super fast.
Also handling in the page builder is super smooth and you have so much super cool templates/sections you can choose from. ABSOLUT RECOMMEND!

Buy their Shopify themes, not because they are perfect, but because the support team is the best here, I have had trouble with other support teams, and other Shopify themes, but for FoxEcom, even when the themes have a problem(almost never happens), when you let the support know, it is solved within few hours to a day, they have not let me down yet, and I bought their themes for over 5 years now, and will continue! And for the devs, thank you for creating such simple backend so it's easy to navigate!! FoxEcom, I love your Shopify themes, their thoughtful premade designs too, and as you can see I love you support team too! you have my full support and I hope I have yours!!!
