Dud iq4

Fantastic phone support from Foxtel. They listened to our problems about a dud iq4 which kept cutting out which had only been installed a week before by a very helpful technician.

A technician came to replace box and found him, rude, disrespectful and wanting to leave asap.

I don't understand how this company…

I don't understand how this company could be allowed to continue with such poor business reviews . Foxtel is biggest rip off with worst service . Get rid of them , there's plenty of streaming services out there , don't even subscribe for their rubbish Binge streaming service , boycott them .

I am so glad to have this company out…

I am so glad to have this company out of my life. I have been with Foxtel over 20 years. They do nothing but offer bad service in every respect. The signal has become non existent cannot get many of the channels I pay for it’s always pixilated or a black screen especially the free to air channels. I this company abhorrent... Feel sorry for the people who work there.

Lack of cc

Very disappointed in the lack of cc in the OnDemand service
Some shows have cc when shown on normal foxtel channels but not when shown On Demand
Also why are so many shows on BBC first lacking cc

Very dissatisfied customer and Foxtel should be ashamed of themselves

I am a long standing customer who is over $400 in credit on my account.
Just tried to update my iQ2 box to an iQ3 but I'm told that I need satellite. BUT Foxtel only have cable connections in my area! So no satellite possible and Foxtel have removed On Demand and Title Search from the iQ2 boxes!!!!
I can access Foxtelgo on my laptop, but I am unable to cast anything from there onto my smart TV.
What a waste of money Foxtel is now. If I didn't need to pre-record commercial channels and a few Foxtel ones, I would give it all back and get a refund of my $400. Very dissatisfied customer@

No refund for day late cancellation.

I was one day late in cancelling my payment. One. Any reasonable service would grant a refund, especially considering I hadn't actually used it, but not foxtel. Amazon fully refunds you even if you cancel several days after renewal, I have my issues with them but I commend them for that. I can't believe foxtel are so greedy.

This is why Foxtel is losing market share.

You don’t know what a Great Customer is!
You don’t know what a loyal Customer is!
The meaning of loyal customer is “giving or showing constant support or allegiance to a person or institution".
Over 20years with foxtel.
Tried to renew my contract asked what can you do for me.
They informed me sweet all.Yet better deals for new customers.
Just want new customers! Like there adds you paid for.
Stuff looking after the loyal ones..
That’s why Foxtel is losing market share. It’s now time to cancel Foxtel and subscribe to various streaming services like Netflix, Stan, Disney plus ect.
Cheaper & less stress .
It is a disgrace.

FOXTEL has the absolute worst service

FOXTEL has the absolute worst service. I got shunted to South Africa, then to Manila, TWICE before eventually getting to Australia to resolve the problem.
It is a disgrace. The one star that I have rated is actually minus 5.

No respect for long-term customers.

Been a long-term customer for over 20 years. Asked why didn't i receive some sort of loyalty discount. Their response? Review my package and remove what i don't watch to lower my price. I will be canceling and sticking to netflix and stan.

Poor chatline service. Just been on the chat line for two…

Just been on the chat line for two hours trying to resolve an issue. Got passed from one operator to another. Had to explain the same issue over and over. After two hours the session timed out with no resolution. I can’t believe how many times I repeated myself then they would leave the chat line for 10-15 minutes before coming back. Shocking service. Still have the same issue. Nothing resolved

Paid a wrong account have given them references payment details and no one can find anything REM customer service is pity full have been in phone for 40 mins waiting to speak to supervisor and still waiting.... no one knows how to fix it or even find funds all they say is if you pay again service will be reactivated DISGUSTING SERVICE !!! So over foxtel and overseas call centres

If I could put no star I would. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Would be really nice if someone could understand what I'm saying. I have just been transferred from dept to dept. So bad. No wonder Foxtel is going broke.

Only rated 1 because there is no zero. I had a dish installed 4 days ago, worked fine for 2 days then on third day kept getting no signal received probably due to heavy cloud cover about 10 times every 15 minutes or so, funny not a cloud in the sky a beautiful day with a light breeze blowing. Went out and looked at dish and noted it was pointed towards a tree in my neighbours yard and every time the breeze blew a couple of branches moved across and blocked my signal Rang tech support and went through all the resets and cable checks all the time trying to explain it was the tree blocking the signal and all the checks were pointless. Eventually I was told a tech could come and move the dish but I would have to pay $200. Then tried online help who went through all the resets and checks again eventually arranging for a tech to come out and investigate the problem but stating if the fault was with my equipment I would have to pay $100 for the service call. I have cancelled the tech visit what is the point unless the weather conditions are the same the fault will not manifest. I would cancel the contract if not for the early cancellation fee. FOXTEL SUX.

It appears that Foxtel doesn't care about reviews of their customers

I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service from anyone than I have just received from Foxtel. As others have said - they are driven by MONEY. My service was on hold as I was out of the country, but as they needed money Foxtel decided to restart my account and charge the full amount, then they refused to back down - they just would not reply to emails, so I had to ring them, go on hold for ages, and get told someone will ring me back, and even agreed to a time and name of person who would ring, only to find out after not getting a return call that there was no person with that name in customer services. Their customer service policy is ignore everyone and hopefully they will go away, if that doesn't work then just lie to them and see if that works.

They have cut my Italian site .I called…

They have cut my Italian site .I called to tell them that I did pay and it wasn’t n due yet but they sad that I would be late anyway because the transaction would take 3 x working days. I have been with Foxtel for the last 15 years. Shame on you. They hang up on me as well when I asked her to tell me if I could change my package. The people they answer they phone are from outside Australia and I think they couldn’t care less and the reason I’m saying this because the person I talked to wasn’t very friendly or wanting to help me.
