I purchased a foxwell nt530 from a verified reseller 2020.
It was used literally 2 times during this period.
Now the device won't turn on.
No support, no answer at all from the company or the seller. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these garbage electronics.

Purchased the NT680lite Through Machine Mart .
I followed the instructions supplied and opened an account and downloaded the lastest software update .
Now to try it out Astra van 2007 wont connect ok on a 2002 Peugeot 206 wont connect .
Now to call Foxwell . They want to remote access my pc ( Which I refused ) . So next he wanted me to return the SD card and give him my details so he could log into my account and I could change password once I received a new card , but no facility on there website to be able to change your password .
At this point I gave into the fact that I had been ripped off for £185.00

Still the worst company I ever purchased something from
Asked on whats app about the nt650 because I needed it to my 2019 kia ceed
And I got green light from Emilia and ordered it
Allmost 2 month later I received it and got the software updated and this expensive peace of hmmm didn't fit to my car
After several times of contact I finally Talket with a supporter that know about this item and got the message that the NT 650 only did basic on my car
Then Emilia Gave me the wrong support from the start
I could choose to send it back and lose 50% of my money
And almost a year after a software update haven't solved the problem and I can't use it on my car yet

I recently purchased NT680 from Foxwell UK. It has arrived from EU to UK quickly and import/duty charge was not required. The device works great. I would not hesitate to buy again from Foxwell UK.

The customer service is top class, I ordered the wrong unit but they changed the order for me no problem.

Claims to be a UK company but ships items from china and refuses refunds.

Avoid

I ordered on Saturday and received on Wednesday, can't fault it scanner at all,the best I have used so far (nt510 elite).. the website is well layed out and I was able to update scanner in around 10 minutes.. not sure about the bad feedback maybe competition companies???
Anyway it does all I need to do on my 420d BMW and alot more.

By questions about a product to a specific car and a wrong answer cost me about 160€
Will not recommend to buy anything from them
I asked if the service tool could reset the epb on my car so I could make service and brake pads replacement and the answer from Emilia was yes it can do that
then Purchased a nt650elite it couldn't
I have updated the produkt and haven't change the language and sendet the VIN nr to many support workers
Entered the VIN nr manual and with auto VIN
After a week I got a proper answer from a supporter that the nt650elite only could do basic on my car
I got the choice to send it back and they will pay me the money I paid minus 10% and I should pay for the shipment and that will be around 54€ los from the 160€
The other choice was to get a refund of 10$ about 8,5€ with this I only loose around 152€ and still have the item
Have written with Emilia and she is not satisfied and ask me to delete my rewiew here on trust pilot and that will not happen
People has to know what company they are dealing with

Waste of money!!!!!

I Ordered an NT530 BMW diagnostic scanner 4 days ago, today I have just received a very cheap garden hose instead.

I paid by Paypal Credit so hopefully I am covered.

But this is a heads up to anyone, their website looks legitimate but they are a SCAM company.

Very poor costumer support avoid this company!

I needed to return an item and despite sending it back and emailing them for nearly a year I have not received a refund and am out of pocket over £100. Would not recommend, use foxwell UK based in Swansea!

Bought nt680, nt650elite, nt680pro from Foxwelltool.co.uk
Arrived after 2 weeks, tested on Renault scenic 2007, Seat Alhambra 2008, Ford Mondeo 2009, Citroen C4 works perfect.
No problems whatsoever.

Ordered a Foxwell NT530 scanner on the 17th December then saw the reviews on here and thought I had made a bad mistake. However it arrived today on the 31st December and have registered it, updated the software and used it on my BMW with success. So my experience is that I am really happy with the product and the company.

My order was never delivered (for the second time). No feedback from support.

Don’t know why here are only bad reviews. These guys sell genuine hardware which you need to Activate at original manufacturers website and free Update service For 830 years. lol.

They have very poor customer support. Bought an nt530 in Nov 2019 and it didn't function as per their manual. A month later and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Looks like they will NEVER answer my many emails asking for help. I would not recommend buying from them.

Please avoid this company! The devices are shoddy, break down after a few days and the company demands a fee for their replacement! I bought their device on Aliexpress and I was cheated by them! Very bad customer service - don't buy their products!

I bought the NT530 thru a UK website, thinking it is base in UK.
It is a Chinese company and I had to pau import duty.
When I received the NT530, there was 3 missing items, No USB data lead, no warranty card and no registering card.
I tried to register the unit online to get the free software download, but no because I have not got the full register details, it is missing.
I contacted Foxwelltook UK and I am still waiting for them to respond.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Before buying, they respond very quickly with any questiions I asked. after paying and receiving the unit, they have not respond to my question of registering.

Update, Foxwell have agreed to take back the faulty unit and refunded me. now I am happy.
