The UI is good! The servers are terrible for the price.

the ui is good. But paying 14-15 dollars for an arma 3 server for only two gigabytes of ram? For a game the size of Arma 3 as well the server itself? Really? I wanted something affordable and easy. Not having to pay thirty extra dollars to get an actually useable server.

We are glad to hear that you enjoy our user interface, thank you for sharing that.

Your concerns regarding the cost and performance of our ARMA 3 server are totally understandable. Indeed there is a lack of transparency of those specs and details at our website, we have to fix that, thank you for your honest review.

The thing is that we have tested different configurations and current specs with 2GB RAM are enough for 10 players, without any mods though. Our approach is to make the plan choice easier. Customer has only to choose amount of players and we guarantee that server's resources will be enough for them to play. If it is not, we commit to upgrading specs for free. The next point was to make plan cheaper, currently it's only $12.98, which is very competative. Again we didn't make all of that transparent enough, our bad.

If you change your mind at any point, please contact us at games@fozzy.com and we'll provide you free month of ARMA 3 server. We will listen very carefully to your feedback and if there is lack of resources at any point, we will consider changing specs of the plan.

Best 24/7 support and predictable maintenance

It is the only hosting provider I know with really 24/7 support. Thank you! I work with them for more than 5 years, and there were plenty of issues to solve. Every time the Fozzy team was online and willing to help. And one more great thing to mention: servers do need maintenance, so sometimes blackouts happen. But! The best thing about Fozzy is that they always tell you about it a couple of days before!
