HORRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a jersey from this website and paid for shipping from Portugal to Canada. They spelled Viktor Gyokeres last name wrong, because the people who print the names on jerseys are incompetent.

When the jersey arrived, I noticed the name was misspelled and emailed the website a person named Catherine Sequeira responded, her role is "client support". So Catherine didn't apologize for the mistake, she thought it was OK. Catherine's suggestion to fix this, was not to send me a new jersey with the name spelled correctly, no Catherine's response was "bring the jersey back to portugal at your own cost and expense and we will fix it, we will also give you a 10% discount code".

So to be clear: the website can't print names on jerseys correctly, and there response to fix it is to physically bring the jersey from another country back to the store. Rather than take ownership of the mistake FPortugal wants customers to spend $1000's of dollars for a flight and their own time to bring a mispelled jersey back to the store.

What an absolutely terrible way to treat a customer.

But the terrible customer service doesn't stop there, the discount code Catherine issued didn't even work. When I emailed her that it didn't work, she told me to too bad.

Catherine is a horrible Customer Support person, it's unbelievable how she has a job. She is unprofessional and makes the worst suggestions to fix problems. She lies to customers and has no sympathy for customers who paid lots of money for a product which was ruined by her own company's incompetence. If I could fire Catherine Sequeira, I would. It baffles me how she has a job in customer service.
