Following a negative experience with good-batteries in the uk, my complaint was passed by email to FR Batteries, who responded in French. (Odd, considering that my complaint was made in English) It appears that they are both the same company, both based in China, and both have very high disapproval ratings.
I have ordered a battery in June 2018. Recently, this device failed . Being warrantied 3 years, I contacted this company to replace this battery. FR-batteries.com asked me to pay 18 euros only for the sailing of the new device while I paid 5.99 euros of sailing in June 2018.
I am very disapointed by this non-commercial practice.
