Elle a été stoppée en 2019 puis reprise grâce à sa communauté très engagée en 2022. C'est une entreprise de l'économie sociale et solidaire dont la mission est de lutter contre le tourisme de masse, de défendre le droit au logement tout en ayant un impact positif sur notre planète. Sa commission est deux fois moins chère qu'ailleurs et ses hébergements sont tous évalués par sa communauté selon des critères précis.

Bedycase is serious in business

I find Bedycase is serious and is responsible in the management of it's business. All my initial concerns were immediately responded and explained, including fixing my frustration with the language issue in providing feedback comments in English post our stay at Nanterre.

Bedycase Customer Service is great... Thanks so very much.

THE BEST service that you can find!!

I was really frustrated when I was trying to find a place where I can stay in BCN, especially that I don’t want to stay in a hostel and the hotels are over my budget, I found other sites and made requests but the responses were either late or no reply at all, I was very happy when I found the Bedycasa, the communication with them was super easy and their follow up was great. The lady was there to respond quickly to my questions . It’s a very reliable service. Go ahead and try it!! You will not regret it

trustworthy

A little bit complicated with the payment.I had to give more than once the payment details and needed explanations about the card etc.You need to give some details about the fee that everybody has to pay in Bedycasa.The amount is low,so you need to clarify the system,and also the payment with no Bedycasa certificate.
But finally everything worked ok

Great Business!!!

The site is easy to use when signing up your listing and the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to support request. They also keep track of your booking inquiries and make sure that you are aware of them by sending emails and text messages so that you do not miss or lose potential guest. . The bottom line is you will have a very professional and successful experience.

Difficult to reserve. 24 hrs too long. Adresss given was not including appartment number. I prefer booking.com or wimdu. Difficult to type in the box to provide evaluation...

I would like to be able to reserve at the last minute. Say the evening before. 24 hrs too long since I may not have access to internet in the following hours. I would have like to select myself the time my offer is valid. In one case I was refused so it becomes difficult to find another place. I have difficulty to write review in the box on internet. I try to use other sites as much as possible. Also i did not get appartment number of the location. Had to ask someone on the street to call the phone number for me. Even now how can I post this message

It is surprising that you did not try to contact our customer service by phone or email, we always answer and guide our travelers who have difficulties to book or use the site. 24 hours are needed to contact the host, inform him about the booking enquiry and give him time to respond to it (our hosts are not renting out their accommodation as professionals, it is a secondary activity; besides, this is why some bookings are refused, unlike at hotels). You may as well cancel your enquiry without paying any fee if you cannot wait for the host's confirmation any longer or contact our customer service and ask about an urgent reply, we will prioritize your enquiry as we always do with urgent bookings. One of our country managers will contact you to explain to you how to post your evaluation. Regarding the address, our hosts provide their information and exact address, and we send it to you as soon as your booking is confirmed, before you travel, so if you see there is some missing information, please contact the host and clarify directly with him or contact us if you cannot contact the host yourself.
We sincerely hope that you will not hesitate to contact us by phone or email next time you use our services and we will do our best to advise you and help you with the search and the booking of your accommodation.

Perfect for budgeted travellers.

My experience with Bedycasa was excellent as they provide great services-especially for students and budgeted travelers. Most importantly, one gets a chance to actually experience the true culture of the place you are visiting. I would recommend bedycasa to all my friends and will always prefer it for my all my future travels.

Website practical, readable and reliable.

I recommend BedyCasa for its seriousness. The code they give you when you pay for your reservation is the guarantee that your accommodation is in compliance with the descriptions given by the tenants since they need your code if they want to get their money.
