Traveling is so much more fun when we have the opportunity to meet the people who live there. Valerie and Raphael were a delight to meet and to share stories with. Their apartment is conveniently located so were able to get to all the places we wanted to visit by using the subway. Everything was just minutes away.

I find Bedycase is serious and is responsible in the management of it's business. All my initial concerns were immediately responded and explained, including fixing my frustration with the language issue in providing feedback comments in English post our stay at Nanterre.

I was really frustrated when I was trying to find a place where I can stay in BCN, especially that I don’t want to stay in a hostel and the hotels are over my budget, I found other sites and made requests but the responses were either late or no reply at all, I was very happy when I found the Bedycasa, the communication with them was super easy and their follow up was great. The lady was there to respond quickly to my questions . It’s a very reliable service. Go ahead and try it!! You will not regret it

A little bit complicated with the payment.I had to give more than once the payment details and needed explanations about the card etc.You need to give some details about the fee that everybody has to pay in Bedycasa.The amount is low,so you need to clarify the system,and also the payment with no Bedycasa certificate.
But finally everything worked ok

The site is easy to use when signing up your listing and the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to support request. They also keep track of your booking inquiries and make sure that you are aware of them by sending emails and text messages so that you do not miss or lose potential guest. . The bottom line is you will have a very professional and successful experience.

Their process is very safe and well thought-out, protecting both the visitor and the host. It is just as safe as my experience has been with any hostel.

I would like to be able to reserve at the last minute. Say the evening before. 24 hrs too long since I may not have access to internet in the following hours. I would have like to select myself the time my offer is valid. In one case I was refused so it becomes difficult to find another place. I have difficulty to write review in the box on internet. I try to use other sites as much as possible. Also i did not get appartment number of the location. Had to ask someone on the street to call the phone number for me. Even now how can I post this message

My experience with Bedycasa was excellent as they provide great services-especially for students and budgeted travelers. Most importantly, one gets a chance to actually experience the true culture of the place you are visiting. I would recommend bedycasa to all my friends and will always prefer it for my all my future travels.

I recommend Bedycasa for the qualities I indicated above. Very pleasant team, patient and helpful. One day acknowledgements to questions and most of the time shorter lapse of time. With Bedycasa is possible to see real life of the local people. Of course, you see the monuments in the city, but to stay at somebody, who lives there, is opportunity, how to do opinion on the life there. And also it is mostly cheaper than hotel. I recommend it.

I recommend BedyCasa for its seriousness. The code they give you when you pay for your reservation is the guarantee that your accommodation is in compliance with the descriptions given by the tenants since they need your code if they want to get their money.

I enjoyed my stay at Msrie Caro in Brussels greatly. The family was a joy to stay with, and learning a great deal about Brussels and the life there. I was treated as another member if the family and they were always available to meet my needs and even to talk about life in Brussels.

I am so glad I found Bedycasa , they are helping me run a successful B&B business
