When I received this motherboard I noticed that DIMM DDR3 for CPU 1 slots are faulty only two from 8 slots works fine . I opened dispute and the seller was agree to refund me 50USD partial refund which I was alright with that . I received a massage from Customer service team that 50 USD will be on my account soon then after two days another massages that it will be 25US and another( 25US Coupon ) I replayed to them that I am not interested of 25USD coupon. I want my 50 usd but they did not listening and of course coupon expired and my 25Usd was gone , this coupon was valid for
a specific time for purchase of minimum 250USD. There are absolutely rubbish scammers and I never buy anything again form this website anymore.

A literal scam! They take your money and keep it, they don’t have customer service channels whereby you can voice your concerns with orders etc, they’re basically not even real. You will not get your item or your money back so do not bother ordering.

Never Ever order from DH gate. I had 4 orders, all same outcome, supposedly delivered to wrong addresses. SCAM,, SCAM,, SCSM. DO NOT PURCHASE

I am very un happy with them, i will not order tools from them any more, an i will be telling all my friends. i got screwed twice.

I dont even give them one star really. I'm out over $200. I have not received my packages. I have not received a refund and trying to get in touch with someone for help is a highly laughable joke. This place is a scam, stay away from it and save your money. Dress I ordered is not like the one in pic. Wrong color, cheap materi al. It's see through and the just put 2 big pasties for braw. Costumer service is awful and they make it impossible to download pics. They need to be taken off website

Please, I say to everyone who is considering purchasing from this sight, do not buy one item. I purchased 6 items, did not receive one. Opening an dispute is a challenge, getting your money back is impossible. I truly wish I had read these reviews earlier. This sight should not exist. So, the best I can do is say run forest run.

I recently purchased a guitar from dhgate site whom claimed they are a guitar manufacturer. The guitar arrived to US safe and sound in a styrofoam container; it's a miracle. The guitar is a defected item right from the manufacturer. Guitar nut is not aligned with the neck. The string slot for each string is filed so low and causes the guitar buzzing from 1st fret through out to 12 frets.
The nut is impossible to replace because the manufacturer damaged the neck when chisel the space for the nut. They used glue to glue the nut to the neck intension to deceive. The nut should not need any glue on the neck at all.
If you claim who you are a guitar manufacturer, you should know this is a damaged guitar and yet you sell damaged product to your customers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DHgate is the biggest scam, all their products' pictures are actually stolen from the original websites, and when you purchase from them, they send you the crap that they copy and make. Ordered a Channel bag, the bag came made in vinyl and it smelled like crappppp. disgusting.

I ordered a watch in June. Said it had been dispatched. No tracking number. It is now September. Can't get any sensible reaction from the if you want to waste your money just order from them. Good luck with that.

Hi I’m absolutely disgusted on how this watch seller orologio/luxury watch 1 operates I ordered a watch from them which was faulty and they refused to refund so I opened a dispute they then contacted me via what’s app to say buy 2 glasses and they would send me another watch which I did, the case then closed and they messaged to say their no longer sending me the watch so I’m left with a broken watch and a lot of money out of pocket it’s an absolute joke of a company I’ve left a review with dhgate which hasn’t shown up the company is a big scam

plase do not purchase anything here, I bought a liposonix machine and never worked, they close your orders real soon so u cannot complain, they have been going on and on oh send message oh contact again in 48 hours, finally to say u know what? your order is closed and we cannot do anything about it, they steal your money and they don't even care that they gave you a bad product that never worked, this page should get shut down

Avoid this site. Full of scammers! Orders don't arrive. Delivered "somewhere else". Really difficult to complain, resolve issues, initiate a dispute. Really difficult to get a refund if ( as is often the case) the stuff your ordered is rubbish or (even more common) it doesn't arrive. Customer service is crap. Some automated monkey (enough said). Use AliExpress, Wish or Amazon, who are honest and generally reliable. This DHgate lot are thieves and cheats.

Worst expereince ever, just like all these other reviewers. Its been two month and still fighting over my refund from a damaged and falling apart costume i ordered. They promised to refund the shipping cost which cost me $83 (i know insane) i messaged them like 5 times to ensure it will be refunded they promised me it would go back onto my card but 4 weeks later they sent me credit. i told them i wanted the refund and they said we dont do that, i showed them the emails that they said they do but they still denied it. How can you deny it when the proof it right there..Now to top it off been on chat for 45mins to customer service where they constantly repeat the same apology (must be copied and pasted) and the credit wont even work so im out $83 dollars. so i spent more returning than if i kept the broken item. there website shows 5 stars, but if you google them everywhere else says 1 so clearly they have written all their own reviews
