Good response after a problem delivery
There was a difficulty with proper identification of the product and in the end the wrong product was sent although it is difficult to spot the difference.
Once I pointed this out Daria did an excellent job assisting me. In the end she organised a full refund.
The 4 stars is because the ordered item was not delivered but Daria's assistant was prompt and helpful. Had she not assisted it would have been zero stars.

I paid an item by mistake than after one minute I did cancel for it even i sent a request for the customer service to do it before processing to the delivery but after 4 days I saw that they ignored and processed the order and the customer service was so bad and answered by close answers
