I am submitting this review to report unacceptable behavior by the model legrandsinge20 and a complete lack of user protection on the part of the platform.

Here are the facts:
Service Not Provided: I paid for a service that was never delivered.
Attempted Data Harvesting: During our chat exchanges, the model insisted on obtaining my personal phone number, which violates basic security rules.
False Reporting: To avoid taking responsibility, the model reported me as a minor.
Unjustified Ban: Following this false report, the site permanently banned me without any verification or possibility of appeal, thus depriving me of access to my account and the money I had spent.
This is a deplorable experience. Not only is the model dishonest, but the site's automated moderation system is a major flaw that allows scammers to get rid of dissatisfied customers. Absolutely avoid this site while this account is active and my situation remains unresolved.

"Never use this site if you value your safety. I was doxxed (my private address was leaked) and received rape and death threats from a user. Despite filing an official complaint with the Albi Police (Reference b54b769f4b) and a PHAROS report, customer support is criminally incompetent. They keep passing the buck to avoid taking action. Here is the list of agents who ignored threats of violence and have the audacity to send me 'friendly' automated messages instead of banning the perpetrator:

These people have been warned but prefer to protect their statistics rather than a victim in danger. I have officially forwarded ALL these names to The French police are being held responsible for obstruction of justice. AIAN, the supervisor, is also aware of this disaster but allows its agents to play with people's lives.
Shame on you. French justice will deal with you, since you refuse to do your job.

In general the best camming for me. The UI/UX are the best and most intuitive i saw so far. The support is always respond quickly. Mostly within minutes and solves problems within 1h. Only 1 star because of the inconsisten moderation team. They suspend all models promoting other platforms within seconds for 7 days, but most other reports..... biggest issue. Streaming pvt shows on other platforms. Models can do this without any consequences. Yes you get your refund, but that solves not the core problem. They should think about, the models need 2 freemium platforms much more, than the platform needs models. So you can watch approximately 60-70% of all shows just for free.

You pay extra for vr to watch the models in private. You pay extra for a model to record that pvt in vr yet when you go to play it back, it's recorded by another camera, so what you see when you play it back is not what you saw when you watched it in VR, and the playback is not in VR, so to me there scamming

If don’t know where to start, the support ist the biggest peace of shit of all websites that exist, models are often scammers but the viewers are most of the time disgusting too. I get banned for…. I don’t even know for what but other models can repeatedly violate against rules and nothing happens, the same with users

Customer service is terrible they are having some internet problem and for the last week they can’t seem to fix it. In the mean time I end up burning up tokens to login to a model in private and they can’t hear or see me. It’s a joke and this has been going on for aweek

It sucks. Every single year I got new problems bcse the people from the support chat or the models on site. As a customer you mean nothing here even though you deposit your money even if u have a premium account.

This site is the dumbest site you will ever be on. These incompetent people that work here have never been trained nor do they or will they help woth anything. They will steal your money not help oh and if you spend a lot of money they will not compensate you or will you earn any type of rewards. Stay away there are plenty of other great site compared to these idiots

Stripchat promises exclusive private viewing, but I noticed that members can simply watch while thinking they're alone in exclusive private viewing.
I've contacted the administration about this, but haven't received a satisfactory response.
A customer was simply present via a different streaming service while I was paying for exclusive private viewing.
I wanted my tokens back because this isn't possible, but they simply refused.
Recommendation: Don't buy tokens from Stripchat, but rather from Chatubate or Bongacams, for example.
