Great face masks

The masks are very comfortable, I have several reusable masks and the masks from Fraenk are the best so far. Used mine on few hours flights & trains - no problem at all, easy to breath even with the filter inside (I use the ones from HEMA). I like the metal clip on the nose as I wear glasses and it's important to limit air coming out from the top of the mask, so the glasses aren't foggy. The delivery was also easy and very fast, included care instructions. Can recommend!

Ear elastic way too thin

The face mask is extremely uncomfortable due to the cheese-wire thin elastics that go around the ears. I was really disappointed and have to adapt it myself with different elastic. I want to support my local business in Arnhem and not buy mass-produced or disposable - and was hoping it would be a good mask to recommend to others. The service was good - I appreciated the webshop, speedy delivery, beautifully hand-written envelope and the guide to using - so I might still buy something else from them again.

--updated 20/Aug -- excellent service received by this company trying to rectify it. Thank you. I will probably buy from you again and hope to see different elastics on the ear straps in future :)

We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the elastic bands we've chosen to use. Could you tell us which one you've found that is more comfortable, and where you've found these? We're always looking to improve! If you tell us what you had to spend on buying new elastics band, we're more than happy to compensate you for the cost you had to make.

Until we've found a better elastic band we'll place an extra piece of text in our manual that the current bands shouldn't be worn too tight, this is certainly the case with these.

Sustainable Mondkapjes

My family and I are loving our face-masks, they are more comfortable than regular face-mask and very stylish.

Good communication and delivery

Good communication and delivery. Product good quality and well thought out. The face masks are double material and dense fabric so feels very protective. I think I will have to get used to the breathing through it, not sure how it would feel for long periods. You have to take time to bend the metal strip, which is not flimsy, to your nose, once done it is more comfortable and can be left like that and would stay in shape in wash. The elastic bands have little hooks to attach to material I found them easy to put on/off someone with poor eyesight or dexterity may need help.
