I have placed several orders from this company. I left truthful respectful reviews for every item. Some items smelled very different from the original, others leaked in transit, and some were less than half the volume of what I purchased. However, the business deleted every review I wrote under 4 stars.
Frag bar has good products. However, they do not stand by their shipping. One time, the item did not arrive. It was in a multi-shipment, so I let it slide and reordered it. The item arrived damaged a second time, and they would not provide a replacement. I probably will not order from them again. Too risky!
Unfortunately, I’ve had many bad experiences with this shop. The perfume I received arrived damaged. I also noticed that all my negative reviews, which were completely truthful, were deleted after just one day. I even reposted them several times just to share my honest opinion with others, but they were deleted every time. This shows that this shop is very untrustworthy. I received no tracking information, and 4 out of 5 perfumes arrived damaged. I am not satisfied with this shop at all. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it.
Ordered for a fragrance from them since October and it has not been delivered till this day. This feels like a scam. Sent them a message on Instagram but no response. Terrible service. I will never recommend 👎 👎 👎
The 10ml sample of Sceptre Malachite took over two weeks to arrive and thats with their website claiming 4-5 days to receive. I also feel the scent has been watered down. I sprayed each of my wrists 4 times and it is barely a skin scent. Its almost non existent to the nose.
Easily the worst fragrance buying experience I've had. They took many days for tracking number to be given. Order did not ship. One week later, order was still not shipped. They had forgotten.
I never received my order. Had to ask for a refund.
