Never received product.. And never received a response when asked about the delivery status. Complete waste of money.

If I could leave no stars I would, ordered with trepidation, and gut feeling was correct. No fragrance, no communication and no refund. After I placed the order a number of reviews were removed from Trustpilot for a breach of guidelines, so any favourable review left should be taken with a large pinch of salt. Sham Company, save yourself the trouble. Will have to take the £60 on the chin and chalk it off to experience.

This review is about a company called Fragrance Masters. I ordered products from this company but have till date not received them. I requested a refund but the company has not responded to this request. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Cannot vouch for the product but there's only one thing to say about this business - Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware.
Ordered with some trepidation early Feb (it's now 23/03) and after about 6 weeks with no reply to email order status enquiries, no response whatsoever. It's not going to break the bank but if I had wanted to get rid of £60 for no return I could have given to a charity.
Advice to anyone reading this - avoid.

Ordered Creed and it never came!

Messaged them and they responded once to say they are waiting on stock, a week later nothing, messaged twice and twice ignored. Nothing ever came and no reimbursement. This website is not Genuine do not waste your money! I should have known when creed was advertised at £60. Con!!!!

Been waiting nearly 5 weeks for my order of Creed Aventus, I have emailed this company 5 times and received only one reply apologising for the delay, now they are not replying at all. I’ve now passed it to my credit card company as fraudulent

Scam company avoid at all costs had me for £318 dirty low life’s

Total scam they email at first saying delivery delayed nearly month later they have stopped replying. STAY AWAY DO NOT GET SCAMMED

Ordered aftershave feb . Still no aftershave contacted company no response beware of using this company total scammer absolutely disgusting they are getting away with this when I purchased I did read reviews which were clearly lies

Ordered Creed Aventus in 17/2. Not received by 25/2 so emailed customer service. Nice email response explaining supplier delay of 'a couple of days.' Not received by 8/3 so cancelled order. Didn't get a response to that and any subsequent email. Contact number has a digit missing so it is a good indicator. Can't say if it's a scam company but don't expect to ever receive what you ordered.

Take your money and run, avoid like the plague, they don't send goods out and lie with emails

There should be an option for scammers instead of having to give them an actual rating.
Ordered at the beginning of February, I didnt recieve my item on the date given so I emailed them.
I got a response saying it was a system error and they were waiting for stock to be delivered and given a date for that.
I left it a week after that date and still no item. I emailed them again to be told the same thing.
I still havent had my item and now there is no response from them.
Please save yourself the money because they do charge full RRP for items, luckily I only "bought" a sale item.

This company is a complete con and should be completely avoided. The false 5 star reviews are a complete joke and have clearly not been written by anyone who has actually ordered anything. Dates of all the positive reviews tell a story.

When you do order something you get nothing, my recommendation - do NOT place any orders or pay this company!

I Purchased goods in the middle of Feb and have received no goods and no correspondence.

Bought an item on 15th February 2026 and still not received it. I have Emailed them twice with no reply.

This is a total scam. I have reported to the authorities. Do not, I repeat, do not buy anything from these thieves. They are low level criminals who need to be brought to justice. Kindly report their posts consistently to get them banned on all social media.

Ordered goods 10/02/2026 chased up 21/02/2026 email back saying expect it to be sent 25/02/2026. Now 07/03/2026 still no goods. Paid by credit card so will now have to get refund request. Avoid do not buy anything from them waste of time

100% Scammers. The Police should get involved and arrest the thieves that are blatantly stealing peoples money.

Scam company. Caught out unfortunately I feel really silly! £160 I have advised my bank. Theor email address no longer works! AVOID
