Please stay away from using this website and trust the negative reviews here. I purchased Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Forte because the price was very tempting. It turns out it was to good to be true. They canceled my order outright and claimed that it was per my request. I see another user here who had an identical experience. Just stay away and use one of the trusted gray market vendors. This site is extremely shady and just not worth whatever discount you think you’ll get.

The price was excellent and delivery OK. However, I couldn't get over the smell. It was nothing like past experience with the product either in scent or observation. The product scent was horrible and looked cloudy and cacky, like it was past expiration date

Received damaged item
Received damaged item , contacted customer service, provided pictures and Nothing. No reply , no replacement. Never will order again. Poor customer service. You are liars!!! I will attach my emails and pictures with the damaged items to my review, so everyone can see you are a bunch of liars! You took my money and I never got a replacement for the damaged one. You lost a customer, I better shop at fragrancenet- they are honest and don’t cheat like you do .

This customer has placed a false review and has proved to be a fraudulent customer. We responded to the customer and reached out various times about their initial request, however received no response from them. Also, they claimed damaged product and our website policy states any claim of damage has to be supported by photos. We requested photos from them multiple times but they did not provide at all and gave a different story each time about why they cannot provide photos. Then they filed a chargeback stating that they never received a product at all. Every instance of contact with the customer they described a different situation. They even contacted us with different names (such as Desire Peavy). The customer has been reported for fraudulent activity.

We reached out to the customer before this review about their issue and offered a full refund with a free prepaid return label for the product they received. Despite proactively trying to resolve the customer's issue, they left this review. We have contacted them various times because they have not sent the product back either, but have received no response.

The customer ordered on a Friday, it states on our website 1 business day to process the order and 3 business days transit time for expedited shipping. The business days start from Monday so you can calculate how many days it should take. According to that the order arrived on time, but despite that we offered the customer a refund for the expedited shipping as a courtesy but they did not respond to any of our emails.
