I am very disappointed with my recent…
I am very disappointed with my recent order. I purchased five perfumes, and unfortunately, two of the perfume bottles arrived leaking inside the box. The packaging was soaked with perfume by the time I opened it, which is unacceptable for a new order.
The other three perfumes were in good condition, but receiving damaged products significantly affected my experience. I have taken photos of the leaking bottles as proof.
I expected better quality control and packaging, especially when shipping fragrances. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and that I receive an appropriate resolution.
