Not even received my order after nearly…

Not even received my order after nearly 3 weeks since ordered and asking me to give them a review. I have emailed them requesting to know where my order is but have received no reply as yet.
Would not recommend.

Firstly we would like on behalf of the team to apologize if you didn't get any replies, we've just moved our mail system and server to a new hosting company and we've lost 100's of emails during the migration, and we are only now ( 18.02.2020) responding to queries we've managed to recover.

We are now processing orders made between 25-01-2020 and 17-02-2020, and as a gesture of goodwill, we will process your order at no cost! please email your UK Bank details to theteam@fragrancecentre.com with your order number so we can track it, we will reimburse you and we will deliver your order, I believe it is Boss Bottled Night After Shaved 100ml
We will only ask you to review your view when it is done.!

I can confirm we are now! ( 18.02.2020) fully operational and our system is back to the track!

Order not arrived

Not had an update on my order in 16 days - still haven’t received my order although money has been taken

Still no product since your reply 18th feb - also no refund. I’m not sure why you can not just refund this through PayPal the original method - DO NOT ORDER that’s my money lost

Firstly wm and server to a new hosting company and we've lost 100's of emails during the migration, and we are only now ( 18.02.2020) responding to queries we've managed to recover.

Secondly while migrating to our new servers, we've discovered that the UK customers were able to purchase OBAGI products but only US customers can order them and get delivered in the US, and when we've canceled your order you supposed to get the reason for it and get an immediate refund from PayPal.

Please check your PayPal account as £98.22 was refunded on your PayPal account with immediate effect on 6th February 20220, as your order were originally £98.22, sorry for the transparency but this outage in our servers did put us in trouble :-)

Secondly while migrating to our new servers, we've discovered that the UK customers were able to purchase SHISEIDO products but only US customers can order them and get delivered in the US at the time of the order, and when we've canceled your order you supposed to get the reason for it and get an immediate refund from PayPal. I can now confirm that we can deliver SHISEIDO products in the UK as we have now opened a new warehouse in Europe and to be more precise in France!

Please check your PayPal account as £126.65 was refunded on your PayPal account with immediate effect on the 6th February, as your order were originally £126.95

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. They have contacted me soon as I ordered in order to be sure that my "big" order was actually "wanted". Delivery (to Italy) and packaging perfect. I'm really satisfied.

Thank you for your comments, unfortunately, at that time we were using a different supplier that we've normally use and we are sorry that you did get your product late. But looking at your records we can see that you did receive your order and that we gave you as a gesture of goodwill a discount because it came 4 days later :-)
