The fragrance doesn't smell like the cologne I bought in the store.
The bottle of cologne I received was a demonstration bottle without a cap and doesn't smell like the cologne I had bought in the store.

Ordered one of their products at a reasonable price. Approximately 10 minutes after I'd placed the order online and received a confirmation email and the money withdrawn from my account, I receive another email indicating that my order's status has been changed to "Refunded". No reason for the cancellation/refund given. And of course, the money had been taken quickly but not refunded as quickly. I've searched around the net and discovered that this company does not seem to have a customer service department where I can speak to someone. It seems I am at their mercy as to when I will get my money back, IF I get my money back.

We are sorry you are disappointed. Unfortunately, your order triggered our fraud department to reject the order. It was then immediately refunded to your credit card. We do no control how long it takes your credit card company to refund the money to you. Also, we have a customer service phone number and email address prominently displayed on website.
Anytime an order is cancelled, an email is sent explaining the situation, perhaps it was hung up in your fraud folder. The best way to complete the transaction is to use PayPal which protects the buyer and seller from fraud. Sorry again,
