Don’t order from this company you will not receive your order. I ordered 3samples and received only one. They charged for all 3. Any communication successfully ignored be them.

Fab products love this company

It sounded a good idea but I realised when I was wrapping up presents that I hadn’t received the sample I’d paid for. Went to their website, which didn’t appear to work correctly (spent absolutely ages on it), then gave up. Sample did arrive after Christmas though.

Easy to find what I needed and ordering sampkes to test perfumes.

I did not receive my order till over 2 weeks after I made it. I know it was Christmas and delivery may have been delayed a bit but every time I checked it didn't even seem to have been dispatched. Also I received no response to the emails I sent asking about my order.

Missing a sample I ordered. Delayed delivery, even when paying for express, no response on email.

Sample sent was not the actual sample requested as went on to purchase the fragrance which smelt completely difference and didn’t like. Also went to fragrance store to double check.

No reply after several emails to review what had been sent.

Looking at other reviews seems to be common practice.

Trading standards now needs to be informed.

Everything went really well. Ordering,quick delivery and good fragrances. Will definitely be back for some more.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a Tom Ford Oud Wood Private Blend Fragrance Sample Eau De Parfum (2ml), fully familiar with the genuine scent, but they sent a completely different product, a cheap, generic spray.

I emailed their support team immediately and received no response. I followed up two days later, then again three days after that, still nothing. Their contact number also goes straight to voicemail, and their customer service is practically non-existent.

Fortunately, I only lost £8.99, but if the amount had been higher, I would have disputed the charge with my bank.

I did not receive all the items I paid for, one missing and no reply to my email asking to send missing item. Very poor

Fast checkout,fast delivery

Just sent in a bag with no label no name of the fragrance absolutely nothing but the little sample shoved in an envelope and the sample lasted around 15 mins and then couldn’t smell it. I don’t believe it’s the original

I have not received it

Superb company to use - well proved - different sample sizes and super fast delivery. Great way to test new scent without committing to full-size bottles and great travel sizes.

A sample arrived with the bottle smashed and the liquid had leaked everywhere. This could’ve been damaged in transit and the sample was bubbled wrapped so I cannot blame the seller for this. I contacted them to explain and initially they were very helpful, they advised me that they had raised this with the courier being the Royal Mail. They also told me that the Royal Mail would be making contact with me within a few days to issue a refund. For the past two months, numerous emails have been sent advising that I have not received any contact from the Royal Mail, the vast majority of these went unanswered and it was only until I explained that I have been left with no choice to but to dispute the payment with my bank did I receive a response. The response essentially stated that it is the Royal Mails issue now, not theirs. This was quite a disappointing response given the sellers obligation. Clearly they have no interest in resolving this matter so I requested the relevant details from them so I could contact The Royal Mail directly to chase this up, it has been almost 2 weeks and I have still not received a response from them to provide this information. I am now in the process of disputing this transaction with my bank.

The fragrance I chose smelt nothing like what I tried in John Lewis
