Excellent service
Excellent service. I had not been aware when I placed my order that it would be sent by Hermes. As this courier service seems incapable of delivering anything to my address I always avoid placing orders if I know Hermes is involved. As expected, Hermes failed to deliver my order so I contacted Fragrances Cosmetics Perfumes who investigated the problem and subsequently sent the order again by Royal Mail. I was also offered the alternative of a refund. The order was delivered within 48 hours to my complete satisfaction. What happened to the original order with Hermes remains a mystery!
