No respect for the clients
I bought a parfum on 7 January and they charged me an extra for delivering it in two days. I wrote in the order that it should be delivered until 9 January (I was leaving the hotel on 10 January). They have not delivered it until now (11 January). I left the hotel and the city without my package because the did not do their actions on time. And they refused to cancel the order with false excuses. Not professional company.

The box and bottle looks 100% authentic but they have their ways to open the bottles and fill it with fake fragrances that doesn’t even last 2 minutes

terrible comunication
They declined 2 times my order because "We have decided that this order seems fraudulent and decided to not continue with your order. Your name and email do not match and there was issues with your credit card. We apologize for the inconvenience. I have gone ahead and issued you a refund"
1) My name on card and email are equal
2) It's not a credit card, it's a debit card
3) Still waiting second refund for days.
4)When I was asking them to give me a call , or to call my bank or to give me an office where I can go I didn't get a response anymore.
