I typically never write reviews. Because I see there’s 1 other review I’m going to add on. This company is a scam. I ordered some cologne from here. I got an order confirmation and noticed after a week my order didn’t ship. I tried calling the customer service numbers on the website. 1 number led to some “Medicare” assistance. And the other led to some line that’s always goes to voicemail. Around 1 1/2 weeks after I placed my order I disputed the charge.

I very rarely write reviews. However, since there wasn't enough information on this company, I decided to write a review so I can warn anybody who wants to buy anything from this company. I am based in the UK and placed an order on 1st May 2023. I received that usual automated email confirming that my order was through and that I would receive an email with shipping information once it was shipped. I looked into their shipping and handling policy and it stated that all orders usually get shipped within 24-48 hours and you can track your order through a separate "Track Order" tab they have on their website. So I waited and in the meantime, I tried multiple times to create an account on the website, which was impossible. I submitted a message through their online form, and also called them. Even though not being able to create an account on a website is a red flag, the fact that someone answered the phone and advised I should send an email instead as the team was working on the website at the time, was reassuring. I emailed them on Friday 5th May, as advised, to ask them for both the fact I hadn't received any update concerning the shipment of my order as well as letting them know that I couldn't create an account and asking for their assistance. I haven't received any response yet, but I also can't get through by phone. I have called several times and no-one is answering the phone. In fact one of the times I called, it felt as they sort of stopped the call as it rang once and then was cut off. The "Track Order" tab on their website, still says "Your order status: Processing. No shipping information available". Moreover, what is rather odd is that the company details and address are in Australia, but their customer service number, is an Oklahoma one. I don't know if they eventually reply to me or ship the order, in which case I would be happy to update my review, however, either way, communication is rather shocking and in the event of not shipping the order I have paid for, they are also a scam company.

Update: I managed to get a hold of them after several attempts to call them. I explained the situation, they asked me if I had emailed them and when I said yes, twice and I also submitted a form through your website, I was told that they were facing issues. I was asked to give them the order number and was reassured I would get refunded in 1-2 weeks. This conversation took place on 10th May 2023. It's the 5th June 2023 now, and no refund was issued, no items were sent to me and there have been absolutely no communication since then. Revolut (which I used to purchase the perfumes from Fragrancestash) has been brilliant as they refunded the amount of the purchase as a gesture of goodwill after I contacted them, as they acknowledged I was actually scammed after I had provided them with all the evidence. Stay away from this company at all costs!!
