I paid $175 via Zelle in October 2025 to BB Beauty LLC for a fragrance that never arrived. I was a returning customer who trusted this seller based on a previous positive experience. That trust was completely betrayed.
After weeks of ignored messages he finally confirmed my payment in late November. On December 8th he promised my refund would be processed that same day. It is now February 2026 and I have not received a single dollar. Not the product. Not my money. Nothing.
I have every screenshot. The payment confirmation. The ignored messages. The broken promise. All of it documented.
This is not a misunderstanding. This is someone who took money from a loyal customer and has made no genuine effort to make it right.
Do not spend your money here. You will regret it.

Scam site! Took my money. Won’t answer emails and the number does not work and says no longer in service!! Used them a few years ago no problem so I figured all was good. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!

After 2 and 1/2 mths, I received my refund for the purchase I made on Jan 1! Site was sold and is now under new management that apparently has a lot of angry Customers in addition to getting things running again. Updating to 5 stars as they appear to be making things right. Who knows, I may even purchase from them again once I see how things progress.

Scam. I paid $256 for a bottle of Tom Ford over a month ago. It’s been over a month. I reached out regarding the status with no response. I would rate a zero if it was an option. Unfortunately had to reach out to my cc card to stop the transaction. Very disappointing

Purchased a perfume two weeks ago, still has not shipped. I sent multiple emails asking when it ships, no response. I asked to cancel the order. Still no response. Desputing the charge…

$600+ purchase and never got the perfumes. They won’t answer messages, callsor emails. They are scammers.

Trash company/ thieves, they stole a content creators video and posted it on their tik tok, ordered greenly and I haven't gotten any update, they sent me a message on tik tok in a different language, BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE LYING THIEVES

Do not buy from FragranceUSA. They will never fulfill your order and just take your money. Their customer service desk is all down like email and phone # so you can't ever contact them.
