Eiffel pendant lamp 1000

I have bought an Eiffel ceiling lamp from Frama and the material and design are very lovely. However, both of the attachments for the wire to mount the lamp to the ceiling are askew and only partly integretated. That is not only dangerous but destroys the beautiful look altogehter. What a waste of time and money! And worst of all the environmental damages. I hate to have to return the product because I really wanted to mount it. Also I am afraid my model will end up as trash. Such a tiny error causing so much harm. I wish the quality of each and every product sold would be secured. Otherwise this has nothing to do with mindful living. The irony is that this product was produced in the Netherlands and is pricey whereas the cheap Zara Home lamps from from China I received yesterday did not show any functional flaws at all. What am I supposed to learn from this experience? I hope the replacement will look impeccable at least.

Bad customer service

Product very nice and longing scent, however customer service not good. Contacted company to advise product packaging failure for St Paul's Eau De Parfum which is a £100 bottle at 50ml, and was told to contact the shop I purchased from as they could not assist. If you are going to sell a luxury grade cologne, then much like buying from liberties or selfrdiges you expect a premium customer service that recompensates for product failings. Will not be purchasing again and will go for a more recognised cologne.

Only for practical reasons is it our experience that the most efficient solution is to liaise directly with the partner retailer where the product was purchased, whether for replacement or refunding purposes. Only partner retailers will have information on your original purchase, as well as knowledge of their own shipping and storage practices that can sometimes, albeit rarely, result in a damaged product.

We sincerely hope that if the product was damaged you were able to obtain a resolution through the purchase partner, and if not, we can certainly assist in facilitating a conversation there.

Highlight of my new kitchen

Currently renovating my kitchen and thought Frama shelves would be an amazing choice. I was going for a proper natural, sober and scandi look that would never get out of style. So glad I did it!

Order delivered super fast, well packaged and looked so much better in person. It’s totally transformed my kitchen with a clean look. The quality is awesome, feels sturdy.

Only thing is I wish was they included some kind of ruler to make the mounting easier, but not a big deal.

Will definitely look for new Frama kitchenware to match it all.

Immoral way of doing business

I ordered a lamp, and was billed and charged the 8th of January even though delivery will happen Medio February! Do not use this company!!! You can't charge money before you send the items
