Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Beware of Hidden Costs and Rude Service
I deeply regret purchasing 3 simple combs from Framar (totaling just $15). Despite their Terms & Conditions and a confirmation email stating they would cover all customs duties, I was charged unexpected fees by UPS — including additional late charges. (Totaling over 70 USD)
When I reached out to Framar for help, their phone representative was incredibly rude and even made a political comment, saying, "Thank your president Trump for these duties." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Now I’m stuck with fees for a small purchase they promised would be hassle-free. Save yourself the frustration — do not order from Framar.

Framar is awesome

Framar is awesome! Their products are top-notch and always arrive on time. The customer service is super friendly and helpful. I love how they keep coming up with new and cool stuff. Totally recommend Framar!

Customer Service was inpecable

Ordered some Xmas presents for my wife as she is a hairdresser, but being from the UK, was aware of delivery charges and importing fees.
Framar customer service whatsapp'd me and gave me a list of retailers in the UK selling their items and that if i could find the same items for the same price or cheaper, they would refund and cancel my order to allow me to order from the UK and avoid importing fees.
I managed to do just that and as promised they refunded my order in full.

I absolutely love the quality of Framar…

I absolutely love the quality of Framar foils. I like to make my clients feel special by using fun color/print foils that match their personalities. (Or mine) My most favorite Framar product of all time tho is the Back Bib! Genius! Thank you for making our jobs even MORE fun.
