The folks at Frame-A-Game went above and beyond to ensure that I got the exact type of frame I was looking for. Support was friendly, the frame was shipped out within a few days of ordering, and only took a few more days after that to arrive (of course YMMV depending on destination, but UK -> Canada was quick). The frame in question i ordered was clearly well built and arrived undamaged. I have a few other game-framing-ideas for the near future (yes, I have multiple games I want framed), and I'm hopeful those experiences will be just as good.

From the start, Kirk was nothing but professional and helpful. I was ordering a triple game frame as a gift and for some reason it was not allowing me to place the order (perhaps due to different countries of billing/shipping info). Kirk was quick to communicate and resolved the issue.

In the end, my friend received the product in perfect condition and was impressed by the quality of the frame job. He stated "I've never received a gift like this before...this is sick!"

Really pleased with the frame! Everything about the product feels and looks high quality. I'm really happy to be able to frame the case itself which seems to be uncommon with other frames like this. The case and the disc all slot in really nicely and I love how it looks. Totally worth the price.

What i ordered and what i got are totally different. The frame is way better than what is advertised and this company are amazing and really take pride in what they make. Could not reccomend this company enough.

Messaged him on Twitter for a product he didn’t even have released yet, not only did he say yes he also agreed to restore my old trashed games to their former glory.
