Perfect Frame, Fantastic Experience!

I had a fantastic experience with Framebridge! Their website was super easy to use. You can upload a pic of your artwork and visualize it with any frame. Once you buy, then send you a flat mailer for your artwork, so you just stick it in, then drop it off at UPS. Then a week or two later, my perfectly framed artwork came back! Fantastic communication along the way. The frame seems perfect, super high quality, really nice hanging hardware. It was a perfect experience for me.

Missed delivery date with no communication

UPDATE 12/16: I want to be fair to this company and am adjusting my review to 3 stars. Customer service did ultimately succeed in "expediting" my order (i.e., meeting the original delivery timeline), and it looks like they upgraded my shipping to Next Day to do so. I appreciate the effort they took to make this situation right, but do wish that they had notified me of the risk of the delivery date slipping proactively given that I had notified them in advance of the criticality of meeting the delivery timeline.

Original Review 12/13:
I elected to use Framebridge to print and frame a photo for my my family member's memorial service. They provided an estimated delivery date that would have more than met this date, and I clearly emphasized in my order comments how important it was for the delivery date to be met, or for me to informed ASAP if there was a risk that this could not be met. I did not receive any further communication until the original estimated delivery date when suddenly any delivery estimate disappeared entirely from the order. I had to reach out to customer service myself to be told that they did not believe they would be able to meet the original shipping date. I cannot speak to the quality of the actual product but be warned that you should avoid using Framebridge if you have anything resembling a time sensitive request.

They are extremely SLOPPY

They are extremely SLOPPY. I had 6 items framed there and 3 of them had issues. The first one was an issue with the frame. The joints weren’t lined up. I mean I know it's a discount framing place but really?? They aren’t even that cheap. The second was a photo. They scratched the photo and got gum marks all over it. They apologized and offered to frame it “complimentary” If I supplied them with a new photo. What kind of crap is that??They didn’t even offer to pay for printing or shipping on a piece of artwork they damaged.  The third which is the icing on the cake was a valuable lithograph which I had framed by FB. They got a fingerprint on it!! And their solution was to increase the matting to cover it up. This was really upsetting and I told them it was an unacceptable offer. They emailed back saying they fixed the litho. They didn’t ask me it that was okay. Alot of the time more damage can be done and its really risky. Just totally unprofessional behavior.

Do not use Framebridge for unique art, they may destroy it.

I do not like leaving negative reviews. I had several pieces framed by Framebridge. Unfortunately with very mixed results. Some of them came out reasonably well, although not flawless. However two unique art pieces were in fact destroyed by Framebridge and the company casually offered a refund, not truly appreciating the damage. I will not use their service -which is not exactly cheap- again

Framebridge does not support women

I worked for Framebridge. Loved my job. Framebridge does not support victims of domestic violence, however. I was falsely arrested because of domestic violence, because my boyfriend lost his job, and was jealiues of me ,he had me arrested on made up charges. Because of this of course I could not report my absence. I have been fired even tho thet kniw nothing was my fault woe to the poor man in the coma, the woman pulled into a van on the side of the road, the kidnapped hitchhiker , all would be fired from frambridge.

The first time I tried Framebridge it…

The first time I tried Framebridge it didn’t go well. To their credit, they gave me a free medium frame so I decided to try them one last time only to find the promo code they gave doesn’t work and customer service said it may be fraudulent. It came from your own company!!! I will avoid this company after this. First impression was bad and they continue living up to it.

Laughable quality

After a nearly three month wait to get my item back:

The framed item, a feather from a recently deceased parrot belonging to a close friend, was glued backward (muted color and sheen) directly to the matting.

Why it was mounted backward is anyone's guess, but what I do know is that it looks like something a middle schooler would put together and is effectively un-giftable.

Worse, the feather is ruined due to being glued directly to the matting and can't be used again. You get what you pay for.

overpriced and not worth it. Both of the ones we ordered came in with issue
The backs on one of them were uneven and could not be installed flush against wall
the other was completely out of the frame and actually damaged the art work

I really didn't want to leave this…

I really didn't want to leave this review, as I had a decent experience with Myranda during my gallery wall consultation. But after getting sent a gallery wall with an entire photo&frame missing, and now a faulty hook on one of the frames that fell off immediately after hanging- I'm left feeling like I got MAJORLY ripped off. After spending $1,000+ dollars for this gallery wall, I expected to not have to go out and buy super glue for the frame hook. Ridiculous. Save your money, do a gallery wall on your own.

Slow order fulfillment and delivery
Review by Anonymous UserDo not waste your time or your money with this company. They will give you an unrealistic shipping time, then drag their heels on fulfilling your order. The customer service people are nice enough, but cannot get anything expedited for you. The "happiness guarantee" on their website, "If you’re not 100% happy with your order for any reason, let us know and we’ll make it right," is an outright lie. If I could give zero stars, I would! The framed print I ordered is a gift that will not be delivered in time for the occasion. Use Mpix! They have never let me down.

Absolutely fabulous framing and customer support

I had an amazing framing experience (we used them for our wedding photos). I had only ever used a local framer before, so I was a little nervous, but Caroline and Laura really took care of us, andI will only frame with Framebridge from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I read about Framebridge in Hingham MA…

I read about Framebridge in Hingham MA and it sounded perfect. The positive thing I would like to say the young man who helped me with my project and the young woman who assisted me my next two visits were lovely, helpful and professional. The manager Russell who could not be bothered to come out of the back to meet with me, not so much.
I went on 12/10 and was told it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery because of Christmas. I understood I had waited till too late. It was a gift going to my son and did. When it didn’t arrive I visited the store and was told it would be arriving 1/21. They apologized and said they just has so many more orders than expected. Guess what? Still never arrived. Now I’m nervous, the item being framed was not expensive but very sentimental and I was worried they lost it. (One reason to use your local framers). I was unaware your item goes to Kentucky. I tried contacting customer service online and got no response. On the third day I went to the store again on 1/27 to be told it still had not been started. I asked for a refund and my item to be returned. There return came today 1/31. I haven’t checked my card yet. After this experience I read the reviews. Lesson learned. It seems this has worked for some but not many. There are also reviews from employees at their factory. Good luck if you choose to use them.

don't frame here

i just emailed framebridge for the 3rd time since stopping in almost a month ago to inquire about artwork i dropped off to be framed november 23. since then, i've had artwork framed at a different location (sadly had to be sent back to wharehouse / wasn't done well) and artwork framed locally at a mom & pop shop (which i may go fully back to). i was told art dropped off around the holidays has taken precedence - ?????? i guess november 23rd doesn't count. after 3 emails, and an in-person visit asking about my art - i don't know what to do. they gave me a 40% discount, as if i'd want to use framebridge again... very frustrated

Don't believe the hype.

I sent in art 11-12 to get back in time for Christmas. Still no word on it being done by December 14, and when I asked customer service they just said "sorry we aren't meeting our normal standards". I asked for it to be refunded and sent back. I only hope to get it in time to gift (frameless) and undamaged.

If you have any kind of deadline for your framing DO NOT USE FRAMEBRIDGE

I had very high hopes for using Framebridge for my artwork- my original delivery date was to be Nov 8/21. However, after placing my order , I received a follow-up that showed an image of how my artwork was going to look once framed. I noticed that not only was the mat color not what I had ordered but the area around the mat was also incorrect ( I had a notation on my order which was not followed and they acknowledge as much) . I called and the customer service reps made all the changes and then said I would have a new delivery date of Nov 11. There was no mention that ship dates were not relevant, so I took the customer agent at her word.
When I called back a week later to see if my order was in fact being shipped, they informed me that the framing of my artwork had only just begun and that I would not have a ship date until Nov 30th! I was also told that it wasn’t even a guarantee . In fact, they would be unable to guarantee any ship date at all.
I was put off by, Joshua's lack of empathy for the dilemma I had been put in ( this was a wedding gift and my deadline was the weekend of the 13th which of course was missed.
At this point I feel stuck - I’d like to cancel the order but worry they may lose my artwork like so many others have experienced here. I wish I’d checked them out before I ordered frankly.
I’ll just have to wait and see how they turn up or if they turn up at a reasonable timeframe.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback here and on other platforms.
As we've said in those spots as well, we apologize that your order took longer than expected. All orders with art that is shipped to us take between 10 - 21 days to complete, and given our current volume, we definitely surpassed that. We are so sorry.

We understand that these were gifts. And not only that, the frames also did not match the way you wanted them to. With our 100% Happiness Guarantee, we want to ensure you get what you want, which is at this time a refund.

We understand that you have received a full refund on this order and that you do not want to send the pieces back at this time to be reframed. If you (or your recipients) change your mind, please know we are happy to reframe these pieces at no additional cost.

Again, we are very sorry that this order experience was not as seamless as we like to provide. We would love to ensure you and your recipients are completely satisfied with these frames. We hope we do have the opportunity in the future to fix these frames for you.

We have ordered over 10 photos/frames

We have ordered over 10 photos/frames, not only for ourselves but for gifts. We have always been absolutely happy with all our orders. We can only go off our experience but we have hands down been happy with them. If we could upload examples of the products we would.
