THIEVES
I chose this item over others as it said, ‘set of three framed’ prints. I could have chosen many others for half the price but specifically chose these as they said framed. When I made my selection in respect of colour it again showed my selection and again said framed. Finally the last thing I had to do is add a name which I did. When I received the item they were unframed. The seller was rude and aggressive and had no care whatsoever that my child will now be going without their Christmas presents. This is blatant misleading advertising and misselling avoid at all costs. They could have refunded allowing me to purchase from elsewhere but dug their heels in and repeatedly refused. My son only had eight presents. This was meant to be three of them. I’m beyond disgusted at their blatant misselling and greed. Shame on them! Look at the pictures where I screen shot my purchase. As can be seen THREE times it said FRAMED for the price I paid. If I could choose 0 stars, I would. I will also add their shocking response to me.
