Very disappointed ordered 2cards on 13/4/22 and within seconds realised I had made a mistake and sent a message I received a reply saying the mistake could be rectified I received 2 cards on 23/4/22 but when I opened them it was the original card so I messaged again and was told the amended card had been sent out separately when the 9/5/22 came I still hadn’t received the card so messaged again and it’s now 22/5/22 and still have no card for my grandson’s birthday bitterly disappointed.Elaine

I ordered this card for my grandaughters 1st birthday and its lovely! Lots of lovely bright colours and she will love it.

Really disappointed with the service received from this company. My order was placed nearly 8 weeks ago and has still not arrived. I asked for the order to be cancelled if it was not going to arrive before my daughter’s birthday, it’s been two weeks since then and it’s still not arrived despite them telling me it was dispatched on 3rd May. I have sent several emails and either get really unhelpful replies or no reply at all.
I really don’t like to leave reviews such as this but I have given the company plenty of chances to respond/help and I can’t help but feel very let down.

I ordered a card for my Granddaughter and it was simply beautiful. Well crafted and she was delighted to recognise her name. I had no problems with this company or delivery.

I tried cancelling order immediately after placing it and was told I was too late. This was within 5 mins !!

I ordered this for a friend's daughter who gets married later this year. I am highly delighted with the workmanship and quality of jigsaw the personalised script is really lovely A great present for a couple who already have their home and something different too

Ordered a card as I wanted something a little different for my grandson and he loved it.
