We bought 2 Easter cards for our great nephews and they absolutely loved them. They both like dinosaurs and can name every one, the cards were perfect as we can't get over to see them at the moment. A... See more

POOR, POOR, POOR!!!

No stars from me!!
I ordered a personalised birthday card for my grandson.
The writing was incorrect. I sent three emails spanning days before they answered me. They did send a replacement card, however, there was no confirmation to say they were sending a replacement card, even though I sent another email asking if they were replacing it.
Altogether, disappointing experience and communication is abysmal!

The best gift for babies

I always order from Frame My Name when my friends or family have babies. Such gorgeous frames and way better than ordering baby clothes that the kids don't get wear out of. Probably ordered at least 20 over the years.

Great company to deal with! Would highly recommend!
