Stay away - item never received

I wish I had read those reviews prior to ordering. Like most of them - I ordered a frame, never received item, contacted via email several times to ask about my order with no response. Got email to review their item in the meantime, wrote another email asking for refund as item never got delivered, received another confirmation from Evri for delivery update which again never came. I've disputed the purchase with my bank in final attempt to get my money back for item I never received. Stay away!

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I ordered my frame back in June, however; it did not arrive within the delivery time stated. After 3 -4 weeks of sending emails asking them to look into it for me, with no response what so ever I about gave up all hope of receiving it but then out of the blue I received a delivery update from Evri saying it was on its way after a week of waiting and no frame and no update or tracking info from Evri I again contacted the supplier and again no response. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD.

Ordered and never received product…

Ordered and never received product order of several frames. Requested response from seller over several days and as a last resort raised with my bank.
Seller then contacted 3 months after purchase to apologise and asked if I wanted refund or products ordered delivered. I opted for refund but have since had no response from seller or my refund. It has now landed another week.

Avoid FramesPlus

Product has not been received. I have attempted to contact the company with no response, and have been unable to receive a refund for non-delivered goods.

Never recieved the product

Never recieved the product, tried contacting a few times after giving them two weeks after the delivery date. Never got a response. No idea if this is legit or not. So try find your frame needs elsewhere would avoid

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a frame April time...said it'd be delivered in June. Nothing has ever arrived and my request for a refund has had no response. In the meantime I'm getting feedback requests. Well you asked - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And I have reported them to Trading standards

DO NOT BUY FROM

Not even a star. Had used many times before with no problem however my last order they took my money and never sent product. Weeks of trying to make contact, finally got a response and they say in one message I’ll give a refund and then 3 days later another message saying please send copy of an order. They are a fraud. Do not waste your money.

Order not recieved, no customer service whatsoever

Ordered a frame at the end of June, delivery was scheduled for 4th-8th July... its now 15th August and still nothing. I've emailed several times and had no reply! I've had emails saying out for delivery but when you click tracking the courier are still waiting to recieve it, also had emails asking me to review the product & service...I can't review something I still haven't recieved.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’ve still not received my order (now over 14 days late) and I’m am being ignored by customer services when chasing for an update. Avoid at all costs.
