As with the reviews below, frames didn't turn up. No response from them by email. There is no phone number to call. I'm trying to get the money back from my credit card provider.

Unfortunately, as with many others, I never received the 4 frames I ordered and paid for. I have reached out through all the available contact methods (email, web chat and contact form) to no avail. Wish I had double checked TrustPilot before ordering. Avoid at all costs!
They are thieves, do not give them your money.
These people appear to be nothing more than common thieves.
Like others on here recently, I paid for a frame which was never delivered. Four emails later (you can't find a telephone number for them) I have had no response whatsoever. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it. Do Not make the same mistake as others.

Ordered a frame which was delivered. When removing the film from both side of the perspex ...I noticed a massive scratch in the film and perspex. I've emailed and message and they simply don't respond. Glad I didn't spend much with them as you can't get it resolved if there's a problem

Having received the frame I ordered in damaged condition, I was unable to get any response from framesplus via chat bot, no telephone number, 2 emails and I even left a message on facebook. This company are unreachable if you have a problem. I am not interested in a replacement frame but at the very least the company owes me my money back.

I received a totally different frame to what I ordered in the post. Have tried to contact the company three times to ask them to rectify their mistake. ZERO RESPONSE.
It would be a RISK using this company. There is no one dealing with their complaints/refunds/requests. I’ll add that the frame was pretty bad quality. Better off getting the same quality at Poundland which I did in the end.
No refund for broken frame
Frame arrived broken, sent a picture to them via email requesting a refund (as per the website instructions, because they don't have a contact phone number). It also looked like the frame cracks had been painted over to look 'new', which was weird.
Chased up weeks later, as there was still no reply. Again, no response from them.
Ended up requesting a refund via my bank instead.
No customer service.
Wrong frames got delivered. I Tried multiple ways to get in touch with them but I got no form of communication from the company.

There doesn't appear to be any customer service. emails not replied to. The contact page is not answered. The chat line was unresponsive. Damaged frames and wrong colour frames were sent to me.
Slight defect but great overall
Slight damage to the frame I bought but, for the price and speedy delivery, can’t complain at all. The damage is “hide-able”.
