I was extremely happy with the quality of my window and door spray which was undertaken efficiently and with courtesy. After the sprayers went I noticed the inside of my door had grey markings where the spray had leaked inside. This is unsightly but is not a huge job. I would have remained very happy had they resolved the issue but now 6 WhatsApp messages and a formal email of complaint later they have ceased even replying to my messages all of which were polite snd solution focussed. If they cannot resolve this issue within the first few weeks it makes me doubt the usefulness of the 10 year guarantee.

Aluminium Frames Painted- Great Result
Transformed some 1980's unpainted aluminium window frames with a coat of white gloss for a tiny fraction of a replacement cost. The guys were friendly, efficient and very quick. Very pleased with the results.

apauling customer service and…
apauling customer service and workmanship. i had my windows and door sprayed and within 3 months the paint was flaking off. i contacted Craig with images and was told i would be booked back in once the weather improved. i heard nothing. after continually chasing the company they arrived to do touch ups and called the office to say it was a full respray not touch ups. now they are just ignoring my contact. i would not recommend this company at all

This customer was told that we do not guarantee wood, we are UPVC specialists. Please feel free for us to send a copy of our 10 year warranty form, this property would need a full re-spray so therefor would accrue extra costs. All we can say is sorry that the paint didn't adhere to your wood which was over 2 years ago, but we have completed many wooden properties and always state that it has to be maintained like any other wood, no issues have been made from any of the other customers with wooden properties we have completed. This is the risk you take as a customer when wanting wood sprayed instead of hand painted.
