Save your money, time and frustration!
I purchased 2 frameless frames for a mothers day gift. Delivery was quick, however 1 of the Perspex panels was not cut square which rendered it useless! They promptly replied to apologise and offer a replacement, which never arrived! After multiple attempts to contact them via email, text messages and phone calls I gave up. I contacted my bank and sent them all the information, including their offer of a replacement and fortunately I received my refund from my bank! It wasn’t for a great deal of money, I done it out of pure principle!
The reviews of other people’s experience says it all, just wish I had read them first.
Please avoid this company and save yourself the same frustration and inconvenience I endured 😊

Avoid Framorey – Nonexistent Customer Service, Missing Orders, No Refund

I placed a large order with Framorey, all intended as gifts for my family. According to them, my parcels were “delivered” and “signed for” by me. I work from home, and at no point did any delivery arrive on the day they claimed it did.

When I tried to contact Framorey, it was almost impossible to get through to anyone. They never answered my phone calls or replied to my emails and it often took several days to receive even the most basic response on WhatsApp despite my messages being urgent and clearly explaining the situation. When they did reply, the messages were robotic and copied, offering no real answers or solutions.

After almost two weeks of frustration I finally received “proof of delivery” photos from them, which clearly showed a front door that isn’t mine and a signature that isn’t mine either. Despite this clear evidence of misdelivery, Framorey has still not resolved the issue or issued a refund.

I spent my hard-earned money to support what I thought was a small business instead of buying from a big retailer and it’s been an absolute nightmare.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. I wish I could warn every single customer about this business, which genuinely feels like a scam. Based on my experience and numerous similar reviews, Framorey’s customer service is disorganised at best and negligent at worst. I’ve now had to escalate the issue with my bank and the local authority, as I still haven’t received either my order or my money back.

Avoid

Avoid! Sent wrong size frame, said it was my fault and to sent it back and they would send the right one back. I sent it back at my cost, ( the frame they sent was HUGE) and from then on they ghosted me.

Considerate customer service, nice quality frames

I have purchased several frames now from Framorey. Most recently, I purchased a large custom frame. The frame was large and fragile (150x80cm) and had unfortunately not survived the journey. However, Framorey were understanding and sent out a replacement promptly - even adding extra reinforcement to the corners to minimise the chances of its breaking again. Corresponding with them via WhatsApp was handy, and they were keen to resolve my issue.

Great experience

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs.

Order was delayed initially and they kept saying it had been sent (it hadn't) and when it did finally arrive nearly two weeks later they weren't correct.

I ordered 6 frames, and they did not match the description and most importantly measurements on the website.

Quality is ok for a cheap frame, but you're probably better off with IKEA at a similar price tbh, but absolutely useless if the measurements listed on their website don't match the product.

Customer service appauling, emailed repeatedly and used their online contact form and was ignored every time.

Have now instructed my bank to do a charge back to get my money back.

Absolute waste of time and effort, wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering.

Very poor quality frames, I wish I read the previous reviews before I ordered. Ended up having to use the backs of the frames we were replacing because of such poor fitting and missing fixings.

Ordered a frame for my wedding photo to…

Ordered a frame for my wedding photo to go into and it turns up and cracks in front of my eyes. Contacted the company for a refund and they’re trying to send me a new one. Don’t send me a new one please I’d rather the refund as I now don’t trust this company. Low quality; expensive and quite dangerous frames.

Mostly bad but some good.

Mostly bad, but some good.
The good:
1. I placed two orders, both arrived.
2. When I reported damage to the second order, it was replaced.
The bad:
1. The first order was wrong because the seller’s webpage had inconsistent size information, was totally unclear. Basically, the webpage gives blatantly incorrect sizing info in places, and further it confusingly mixes millimetres and inches. The seller ignored my complaint and did not even reply.
2. The second order was ordered express (2-3 days) but took a whole week to arrive because the seller used the worst courier in the country – Evri – who tried (supposedly) to deliver it several days in a row but failed.
3. The second order arrived damaged because the seller chose to use inadequate packaging.
4. For both orders, I received an inarticulate email automatically-generated by XXX. It demanded five photos of any damage (five!) but gave only a no-reply address. Pathetic!
5. The seller took FIVE DAYS to reply to my complaint about the damage, and then demanded more photos even though I had already provided a clear photo.
